    I went to get laser hair removal on 9/16/23. I told the girl it was very painful (Ive done laser treatment about 100 times in the past and it was never like this). I asked her to lower the intensity in certain areas and she said she couldnt but finally did. I kept telling her my underarms and a few areas burned. She said it was normal. The next few days I got several burn marks all over and called the office and texted pics. They said this hadnt happened before and gave excuses. I told them I wanted a refund and to know how this happened since *** never been burned even when using the first laser ********************************************************************************************** my $200 refund. They said it over and over and gave me a medicine to lighten my scars. After they said they were processing my refund, I reached out several times. They asked me to sign paperwork waiving things which I said I cant because I have burn marks all over and if they werent fixed, I cant waive this. They never told me I had to sign anything when they told me Id get a refund. *** called and texted them several times and no one is responding or giving me a refund. I have never gotten an update on what caused this besides excuses that its based on my skin. I need a refund from faulty services that caused ***** all over and a reason into the research they did on this to know what caused it. My dark spots are still there and need additional medication or payment to remove the scars.

    On May 31,2022 I purchased a series of 10 sessions for "LPG endermologie Treatment" this was a special offer since each treatment costs $ 110.00 (each). This is a non invasive treatment to help loose extra inches from your body."****" was my service provider, even though in a very nice way I told her "this is not working out on me" she just smile. I had 5 treatment done out of the 10 package. I called requesting a refund for the reminder of the unused sessions, and ****** told "Oh there is no refund" but I will have someone calling you. The service did not work or see any improvement on reducing fat or even making a slight difference on my skin. This is just a gimmick .. I am requesting to have $ 400 refunded back to my account for the un-used services: Offer package of 10 sessions $ 950.00 paid 05/31/2022 (It would be $ 1100 without the offer). Sessions taken 5 @ $ 110 *regular price $ 550.00 to be deducted of my fully paid amount $ 950.00

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/01) */ Dear ******* It has been brought to our attention that one of our patients has filed a complaint with BBB, claiming that the services she had received she was "not satisfied "with and requested a refund that she was declined with. ************** has been a client at InHype since May 25th, 2022, the day of her first visit and the day she signed all welcome documents and consent forms, including the "Informed Consent". Please see attached scanned document. ******* signed up for a promotional program where she would receive bi-weekly treatments for the duration of 5 weeks weeks but instead of paying for the treatments individually (110$ per treatment) , she chose to purchase a package of 10 treatments for 950$ that saved her 150$ overall. ******* began her program on May 25th , 2022, and scheduled services bi-weekly. However she completed 8 treatments 3 treatments were "No show" which still per concent form are counted as treatments. (Please read bellow and also see her signed for attached) "I confirm that I understand that my scheduled appointment have to be canceled or reschedule only by calling Clinic at business phone number************ 24hs prior to my appointment, during the regular business hours of the InHype Sanctuary ( Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm) . After that it will be considered a no-show and I will be charged for the full session if I have a package /or half of the price of the single procedure that I booked" As of then reason why her request to refund not scheduled procedures was declined, in the same consent form that she signed before she purchased a package it was clearly stated that her purchase was non-refundable, because its a treatment plan ( that sure consists of 10 treatments, however was purchase as a who product hence price can not be split in 10) She had all opportunities to pay as she goes - treatment by treatment. Which would cost 110$ per treatment. ******* voluntarily decided to purchase a treatment plan ( and save $150) (Please read bellow and also see her signed for attached) "I confirm that I understand that my purchase of this service is final, is non- refundable, non-negotiable and non-transferable." She was also provided a full 30-minute complimentary consultation during which she was given the time to ask any questions she may have had about the services that we provide. During this consultation, ******* was presented with an "Informed Consent" which outlined all procedures and any relevant information that comes with said procedures. The "Informed Consent" form is a very detailed record which every patient must complete before any services can be rendered. As a licensed medical facility in **********, who is HIPPA regulated, we value ourselves on providing industry leading services while making sure that compliance with State and Federal regulations comes first. That being said, for every patient, prior to any treatment, we make sure to obtain a comprehensive medical record and a treatment authorization declaration which clearly state that clinical results may very depending on individual factors. "I certify that I have been fully informed of the nature and purpose of the procedure, expected outcomes and possible complications, and I understand that no guarantee can be given as to the final result obtained. I am fully aware that my condition is of cosmetic concern and that the decision to proceed is based solely on my expressed desire to do so." Our process for Endermology treatment is very thorough as we make sure to carefully follow LPG Endermology provided rules and protocols, this device being used for skin improvement, and cellulite treatment. Of course, clinical results may vary depending on individual factors and there is no guarantee that can be given as to the result obtained. Obviously, we cannot be held liable after patient leaves the facility. It is the patient's job to watch her nutrition and lifestyle choices to maintain results she is receiving during those body contouring visits at the clinic. We only can suggest keeping a healthy diet and staying active. Every body structure and health condition is unique and that's why there are no guarantees that can be given as to the final result obtained. She was fully aware that her condition is a subjective cosmetic concern and the decision to proceed was based solely on her expressed volunteer desire to do so. Hence, we truly did not find any correlation with the customers claim of and kindly request to close the case Please find her signed forms and screenshot of booking system with her appointments enclosed.
