    I purchased a $250 dress from this website. The dress arrived ripped. I reached out via email and FB messenger to arrange for return. **************** refused and instead tried offering me a 25% discount. They tried stating they do quality checks before shipment but obviously this order was not checked thoroughly enough because as soon as I removed the dress from the CHEAP packaging I noticed the tear on the bottom half. I sent in pictures and their refusal to take ownership of this inconvenience is unethical.

    I placed an online order 3/14/22 and paid for UPS Next day Air. I emailed the business 3/21/22 asking for the status of my order, and requesting to cancel since it had not been shipped accordingly. I did not receive a response. I took matters of my own and requested UPS to send package back to sender since it had not yet been delivered to my home. I made a second attempt to email this company on 3/30/22, at this point they have received the order. I have not received an email till this day regarding my package/ refund. I tried calling them multiple times, I finally got in contact with someone who apologized and and said they don't issue refunds only store credit. This is the worst service I have ever received. I was unable to get in contact with an employee. My package was not shipped in a timely manner which I paid an additional $20 for; therefore it did not even arrive in time for my event. The employee said she would talk to billing about the issue and contact me. It has now been two weeks and I have yet again not heard back from anyone. This business is very unprofessional.
