We had a friend in the prison in **********, **. When we would go to visit him you had to buy a card from ****** Vending in order to purchase food or drinks from the vending machines. Usually when we left I would ask for the remaining money on the card to be refunded to me. If you had more then $29.00 left on it they would not refund it. You had to retain the card until the next time you visited. I had more then that remaining on my card the last time but not sure just how much. Then the Pandemic came and no visitors were allowed. Now he will be getting released next month so we won't be going back. On the back of the card were instructions on how to get your refund by mail. They requested you mail the card to them at the address I gave you. I did as they asked but never heard from them. I don't remember the exact date but it was either January or February of 2022. The address must still be good as my letter was not returned to me. The number on my card is #*****. I thought I would at least hear from them but nothing. I would like a refund of my money. The card will tell them how much is still left on it but I had now way of knowing the amount just that it had to be more then $29.00.Thank you,***********************

My family and I had an inmate at the *******************. Adams Vending was the food provider for the prison and they provided the public with a cash card for us to purchase their food from the vending machines. When the pandemic started in 2020 the prison closed to the public and we had some cards from Adams Vending with some funds available. Our inmate was released from prison early 2021. We had some cards with cash left. In May 2021 i sent the cards to the ******************* per the instruction in front of their card requesting a refund. My correspondence was returned to me indicating they were closed. In April 2022 I resent the cards requesting a refund. My correspondence was returned to me with no explanation. I called Adams numcber ************ and the number has been disconnected. I called another number listed on line ************ and the voicemail indicated this is a *** store. Please help locating this company so they can refund my money left on their cards. I have three of their cards #****, ****, and ****. Thank you
