    I placed an order on 5/3 with Growtrax in good faith believing that the product would have been received within the 5-7 days as indicated after order was placed AND PAID FOR! It’s been 11 days. They took my money and did not deliver. I received responses from a Linda who claims to be with Growtrax but email address says Grotrax stating that it is the carriers issues (Fed Ex) and when I reached out to the carrier, they informed me they (Growtrax) created a ticket but never brought the merchandise to Fed Ex for delivery. I am demanding an investigation into this company as I am not the only one with this issue. I requested a full refund from Growtrax today 5/14 and if not received a refund IN FULL by 5/16, I will take this to the level of Attorney General if necessary. I trust BBB will do their due diligence. Thank you.

    Hi J*****, it looks like our customer service team did contact you and let you know that we issued a full refund for this order. We have been experiencing issues with the shipping carrier as they have not been updating the progress of the package on their system.

    This company is horrible. I ordered from them over a week ago and they've had my shipment with a label created but haven't been able to get it actually to the postal service or UPS. 7 days with a label but haven't shipped and you charged my credit card. Do not order from this company

    This product s***s and doesn’t work like they say it does and there customer service is terrible I wouldn’t take this product even if someone gave it too me

    Terrible product not consistent. I followed the instructions and prepared the ground before hand. I watered daily 2 to 3 times for 3 weeks as instructed. At first it looked fine, then it changed to some kind of ugly monster. In 6 to 8 weeks I had strange weeds growing everywhere. Some areas did not grow at all. I asked my lawn guy, what kind of weeds were they, he said, I don't know, but weird. You got me this time. I must say, I bought for my front yard 2 years ago and it came out fine, but this year purchase for the back yard and it is absolutely terrible. Man, you got me!

    Bought 3 rolls (600 square feet) of Grotrax for +\- $270. Followed the instructions to a T . Even bought a tiller as described. And got not one blade of grass after 2 months. Still have dirt! I feel as the company misrepresented the product! Definitely do Not buy this grass seed roll out product!!!
