    I purchased a Halloween costume on September 25, 2023. They said my order would ship in 1-5 days and I would receive another notification when my order shipped. My order never shipped and I never received the costume. I have reached out multiple times over the last 3 months via email and chat on their website to get a refund with no response.

    I placed an order the first week in October for four items. I was told these items would be delivered before Halloween and did not receive them. I received two of the four items ordered days after Halloween and returned them to the **** immediately. I have still not received a refund and the company has not replied to any of the e-mails I have sent to their support to try and fix this matter. I do not recommend using this company.

    I placed an order [ORDER #*******] in October and I havent received the product nor have I received a refund. Ive called several times a day for 2 months and no one answers or calls me back. Ive emailed and no response. I want my money back . My son was looking forward to this for Christmas and its disappointing to know that businesses would be this deceptive.

    On October 23rd I placed an order for two dog costumes. I understood that I most likely would not receive these by Halloween however their website stated that orders would be shipped within 7 days of ordering. I still have not received the costumes. I emailed the company on November 16th informing them that I never received my order or even a shipping confirmation and that I would like my money refunded. I have not received a response.

    I purchased a costume here on 10/09/2022. The item did not ship within 7 days, in fact by 12 days it still had not shipped. I reached out to the merchant and requested refund 10/22/2023. I received a reply stating a refund had been requested to the manager. 2 weeks later I reached out a few times to no avail. Noone ever replied. I never received confirmation of refund. Never received refund. I need help getting my money back please.

    I placed an order for a mask for Halloween on October 15. The website said it was in stock and all in-stock items usually shipped within 1-5 business days, and I would receive notice when the item shipped. On October 24th, I hadn't received any notice, so I asked for an update. I was told the order was still being processed and would arrive by the 31st. At that point, I asked that since the order had not shipped to please cancel it and issue a refund. Their website said that as long as the order had not shipped yet, they should be able to issue one. I received a response saying they would send my request to a manager and issue the refund and I would receive a refund notification within the next ***** hours. Another week passed and I had yet to receive any sort of refund notification, nor did I see a refund issued back to my credit card. I reached out again asking for an update on October 31st and received no response. I waited a few more days and followed up again on November 2nd asking for a response or else I threatened to file a dispute with my credit card company.I still received no response and am now in the process of filing a dispute. My credit card is investigating, but they said it could take up to 2 months to resolve.

    I purchased from this business on October 14, 2023. It was stated I would receive the order before Halloween. I did not. I reached out multiple times and after filing a complaint, someone finally got back with me on November 1 saying that I should receive a refund email within ***** hours. I did not receive that email. I inquired again to the company on November 9, letting them know that I still have not received an email about getting a refund. It has now been multiple days without a response.

    I ordered a costume on 9/22/23, after two weeks I emailed to see where it was. They said give it 10 more days. I did and still nothing so I asked to cancel the order and refund it. They said they would and it would be issued in ***** hours, that was on 10/25/23. I sent another email that stated I was still waiting for my refund and I've gotten no response and still no refund.

    Ordered my sons Halloween mask on September 23 2023 (39 days before Halloween). Website said it was in stock!Heard nothing from the company after my order confirmation email and then charging my CC.Decided I needed to call them, couldnt get through. I emailed them on October 10th to inquire. I received the following response:Hello *******,We have checked with the ******************* and we've had a few delays on a good amount of our orders from this vendor. It could take an additional 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. It could be sooner than that, but we wanted to give you a rough estimate. We typically ship within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Right now, we are running a little slower than usual. But you will get your order before Halloween. We thank you so much for your patience with us. We will send you a tracking number once your order is being prepared for shipping.Thank you,Costume Place AnthonyBy now my son did not have his costume for a Halloween party on 10/14, but I thought for sure he would get it by Halloween. 4 business days before Halloween I still had not received the costumer so I emailed Costume Place again. I said if you cannot guarantee delivery by 10/30/23 to just process my refund now. Im writing this review on BBB on 11/05/2023 because I have NOT received the costume, an email reply or update, and no refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be calling my bank tomorrow morning and reporting a scam. Buyer beware, RUN! You will not get your costume and your child will be disappointed. This business needs to shut down and rethink their customer service.My favorite part of ******** email is when he says But you will get your order before Halloween. Maybe he was talking about **** Halloween???

    I placed an order from Costume Place 10/2/23. Website is costumeplace.com and address says ***********************************************************************. Phone ************. I ordered a toddler 2T baby shark costume. Order# *******. The money I spent was in the total amount of $43.91. $35.96 is for the costume and $7.95 for shipping. The total of $43.91 came out of my acct ending in **** on 10/4. I inquired about the order and was told on 10/12 via email from ******** that my order was still processing and I would receive it by 10/31. I inquired again and was told via email by **** on 10/25 that it was still processing and I was guaranteed my order by 10/31. It is now 11/1/23 and I havent received my order and it doesnt appear to have been shipped. Ive sent a total of 5 inquiries regarding this order and Ive received no further response. My child is devastated to have spent the Halloween holiday without a costume. I demand this business to give me my money back.
