On September 13, 2023 at 7:16am I purchased a sandwich from Subway. I asked for extra onions the gentleman behind the counter began to become argumentative with me and said I had enough already. I let him know it's not good to argue with the customer. He said I'm just telling you how it is. I paid and left but it disrupted my day; so during my lunch time I went back to speak to the supervisor privily but she wouldn't come out of the counter. She wanted me speak from where I was infront a customer. I asked her for his name and she refused to give it to me until I told her why. I told her why and I asked for his name and she said no you should have told me why at first. I discerned that she was playing games so I asked for her name several times over & over; she refused. I told her that she's wearing her name tag on the side of her hat and it's for public consumption so why not tell me and she turned around and removed her name tag. She said I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I told her you don't say that to a customer that's not threatening you, not disruptive, not cussing nor fighting you just because I want to know your name. I told her I'm not leaving and she can call the police; she responded saying okay. I asked her fellow employee named ***** can she tell me this supervisor's name and she said no. The supervisor told me that I can use my receipt to file a complaint online. I still made two more attempts to get her name and she refused so I finally left. I tried to file a complaint online and didn't hear anything and I felt it best to file a complaint with the actual manager of the store. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and she came to the phone and confirm that it was me and hung up in my face. I found out from her fellow employee later that her name is *********. I love this particular Subway because it's near my job and no one person should be able to stop me from enjoying it. Please reach out to the actual manager. She's not a leader
