    Schedule an appointment a week in advance, then day of get a call that your address is too far out of their Scheduled route for the day so they are going to reschedule. You say you are not available the day they reschedule and it's unacceptable so they hang up on you. You call back to say that day is unavailable and they tell you it is the day you "requested" when I specifically stated several times otherwise.. no wonder they have a 2 star rating! 10/10 dont recommend. Doesn't even deserve one star!

    In January 2023 I purchased and had a new ******* dishwasher installed into my kitchen. I purchased the extended warranty. In early October the unit began leaking and flashing a code; LC. After several attempts to reach *******, I finally was able to schedule a repair with Service Quick. As the repair is covered under warranty, I expected the repair company to come out and fix the unit. Service Quick made only ONE phone call to me to schedule service. EVERY other communication is via TEXT. There is NO WAY to contact customer service by phone. I have had SEVEN TEXT interactions with the company and the repair has still not been completed. Service Quick DOES NOT give customers the chance to pick a time and I cannot afford to take days off. I took two days off already. In addition, the technician cancelled on two occasions without warning. Then I was told that I HAD TO REMOVE the unit on my own in order to have it repaired. Even after removing it, the technician has not appeared to repair the unit. This company is not interested in serving customers. If they come, I am not convinced they will be able to make the necessary repair.

    This business is very disappointing. My TV was picked up about two weeks for repair. The TV was supposed to be returned but I have been given the run around by this company in terms of bad communication, lying, bad customer service. ******* chose this company for repairs and I am equally disappointed in them because they are not of much help either.

    ****** is the service agent that was sent to repair my TV. ****** removed my TV off the wall and ripped my sound bar off the wall. ****** couldn't seem to repair my television after he came out on 9/9 and 9/16. A few days past and ******* stated ****** told them my power outage which happened on the 6th cause my tv to fail which is in accurate. My TV died on 9/5 and the power went out on 9/6 which i have videos and text messages form PGE to prove it. I feel Quick service and ****** misrepresented the information and I now have a TV that sitting on my wall that doesn't work due to him reporting the wrong information

    I purchased a **************** directly from ******* and it was delivered 7/19/22. I had it mounted on 7/22/22 and discovered the One Connect box did not work. ******* arranged to have Service Quick come and replace the box on 7/26. Serviceman A came on 7/26 but did not know he would need a new box or replacement part. He took my One Connect Box with him and brought it to the warehouse. Another visit was set up for 7/28. I was called that day and told there was nothing in the cardboard box so no repair could happen. I was told the part had to be ordered and they would return on 8/11/22 (2 weeks later). On 8/11 I was called and told the part didnt come in. We set up another time, 8/18/22. Serviceman B came on the 18th, expecting the original One Connect Box to be here, but of course, Serviceman A took it away weeks ago. Without the box, I discovered no repair could be made. Serviceman B called his manager who also called Serviceman A and an aggressive, angry manager proceeded to curse out Serviceman A loud enough that I could hear him though Serviceman Bs phone from across the room. So again, nothing was fixed. Hearts were broken. I have been told a new box should arrive by 8/23, but frankly, I dont believe it. Over a month now, and even if a repaired/new One Connect box arrives, what if the monitor is faulty, too?Please help me. This has been a miserable experience. ******* needs to get out of this service provider and find new repair service. Original ticket no.: ************; New Ticket no. SQ 694 ******
