    I ordered 4 bottles from them on Dec 9, 2024 after watching their ***** **** episode. I thought their products are worth the price and I was planning to give away 3 bottles as Christmas gifts to my relatives. I tried one for myself and found out that the straw that comes with the water bottle is not really working. You have to suck hard to get water from it and that’s without the filter. At first I thought it’s okay cause their technology is the main factor why I bought them. I tried connecting the water bottle to my phone to track my water intake but it’s not working as expected and it almost always showed that the bottle is not connected. For a 100+ dollars worth of water bottle, I can say that this product is no different from other usual bottles. It is a waste of money. So, I tried contacting them for refund but they haven’t gotten to me. I tried 3 times and up until now, I haven’t gotten any response from their team. Its so disappointing that a water bottle this price point has this terrible customer service. I want to return these items and get all my money back. I hope BBB can help me with this concern. Thank you!

    I am filing a complaint against Larq because I believe this company may be engaging in fraudulent practices. On July 22nd, I purchased three water bottles from Larq for $353.84. One of the bottles was not delivered in the initial package, and the replacement was shipped too late for me to give as a gift. Consequently, I was unable to use any of the bottles as gifts.I promptly requested a return for the three unopened bottles, well within the company's 30-day return policy, but never received a response. Despite following up eight separate times from different email addresses, Larq has not responded or assisted me. Each time I open a request, the company closes it without addressing the issue.I believe this lack of communication and resolution suggests a pattern of deceptive business practices. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter, as I have exhausted all other avenues with the company.

    I purchased a water filter on June 8 2024 they claimed they shipped on Monday, June 10, 2024. They provided me a tracking number. The tracking number was never updated days later and the company kept telling me that sometimes it falls behind on updating the tracking five days later I still have not received the water filter I contacted the company over 20 times asking them for replacement they said they sent me a replacement but the same story it seems like what they do is they take your money they print labelss and they never ship your item. They refunded my money, but I never got a product never asked for a refund. I just wanted my water filter. I had to email over a week and a half of torture contact these people with no results. I think this company is literally a front and doesn’t ship out with their promise To.

    Order ****** was marked as delivered and never received. It wasn't even delivered to the name on the order and I have no idea who that person is. Checked with neighbors and security cameras and nothing. I wanted this for a trip I had to ***** in 2 days and now I am out of luck.Please just refund me at this point. Reaching out to *** and asking my local driver resulted in me wasting 4 hours of my day

    Your order: #****** I ordered Larq products on 1/2/2024 and they lost the shipment which they verified.Then they offered a replacement shipment, the reshipment order was not the complete order of what I ordered as they had omitted re sending certain items that I had ordered and also lost this package.The package was sent to another building up the street and was never recovered. So the company messed up my reshipment and the delivery company never made it to my address.This is a breach of contract. I emailed Larq and the company never reached back. I emailed them several times after to resolve the issue but they have yet to respond. I am hoping the company resolves this matter through this BBB or else I will have to file a charge back with my financial institution and as well as file a lawsuit in the CIVIL county of Kings seeking $50,000.00 in restitution addressed to their registered agent on file, I am confiding that it won't come to that as Larq is smart enough to refund. We have winter storm warnings here with heavy icy, snowy, windy, very skin freezing temps and so mis deliveries happen and the company is at fault for not shipping me all my items. They are running what appears to me as a scam and is in violations of multiple mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, consumer protection violations, consumer protection statutes, ********** business law and attempting to out thwart the laws of the land. I am giving them an urgent situation to resolve this matter before it escalates from civil to what may be other forms of courts as well as acts like constitute criminal ailments. REFUND the transaction right this very time! I Study LAW!

    I purchased my Larq Pitcher on 12/27/2022. I am attaching my original purchase receipt. I am having consistent defective issues with two parts of the LARQ pitcher. Your team has already replaced the pitcher earlier this year, and the replacement filter product you sent has developed the same issue alongside another issue. At this point, I have had 2 fully defective pitchers and am requesting a refund back in full to my credit card of the full purchase price. I will return the products back to you after the refund with a return shipping label. The pitcher is not functional at all and I have in good faith tried your replacement but even that one doesn't work. I am attaching two photographs to reference in regards to my two concerns below: 1) The ** wand has ceased to work and whenever it's plugged in to charge just glows blue. It doesn't work when put in the top of the filter and wont turn on when inside the filter, despite it being fully charged. 2) The lid of the inside pitcher tank has become dislodged (again). Now the blue actual filter that has been installed will also not stay "clicked in" and the blue filter actually floats up. Not only is the water not being filtered as it's floating in the tank, but it's floating prevents me from filling up water the normal way. Thank you.

    Your email was sent at 5:17pm EDT on Saturday 10/28 and our team responded at %:21pm asking for more information for your claim. You were able to supply the necessary information for a warranty and after some back and forth, at 7pm, our team let you know that we weren't able to process a warranty with the missing information. You then wrote to us at 8pm and 8:31pm threatening reviews on social media and a complaint through BBB, which was made on Sunday at 6am - a mere 12 hours since we last replied to you. We are offline on Sundays and our Customer Experience Manager responded to your claim on Monday. We have made an exception in this case to send replacements without the needed information and we would like the record to reflect that you were not ignored.

    Ordered a brand new water filter pitcher online Nov 2022. Just opened the package about 2 weeks ago to use. Tried charging the ** light that came with the filter and it would not charge. Contacted the email ************************************ twice no response in almost 2 weeks. Filter almost $200 is useless.

    I ordered this water bottle 10 days back. It was bulky and did not like the item. I contacted Larq customer service by email.I was given the ticket number (******). Last 5 days no response. The customer service so poor I regret that I had send another order for *************************************************************************** returns. Not sure about the date of return to be sent to Larq.

    I recently purchased a LARQ pitcher. It started with me never getting an order number or tracking however it eventually did ship.As soon as I set up and charged the battery, following all proper instructions, I immediately was met with the red/purple ERROR light for the light filter it seems like theyre pumping out a bunch of defective filters and bottles from what Im seeing in these reviews. Im dissapppointed in how long it takes to receive a response and the were a small team automatic reply I get every time Ive reached out with a question.At this point, I want a refund but they only offer it with original packaging and un-used condition how am I suppose to know if works without testing it? Makes no sense. Already threw away the box too since I thought I could rely on this product working. I want a non defective replacement or a full refund.
