  Hello, This is ***************************** lives in ************************************************************ We hire Mr. ********************* for our house interior work to be done for the whole house and I pay the full agreed amount of $26,000 in advance in may 2022 and he supposed to complete the job in mid August 2022. But after communicating with he always yelled at phone for the stuff to give and what not. Luckily we get the 70% stuff that what we paid the money 5 months advance oc October 10 2022 and he promised to give the rest of the stuff on start of november 2022. after getting so many heated conversation with him he still didn't fulfill his job until this day of 10/5/2023 and when I called him today to check the status he's saying do whatever you can I don't care about anything. I have my friend here *************************** Address, *********************************************************, he also have the same problem as mine. His job is not completed as well. I know 2 more guys who hired him for the same reason and he didn't complete their job as well I can give their name as well when we further communicate on this and they will testify for the same because I have already talked to them. Right now Me, ***************************** and *************************** writing this complaint together. So we are requesting you to take an action against him so he won't do the same to any other guys.

The services are provided by GoodEarth Staging LLC.2. What does the service include - Furnishing and decorating various parts of the house including bedrooms,bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, loft, backyard, hallways, hallwaycabinets, and the laundry room.- Providing and installing specific items such as LED light kit fans, motorized shades,various pieces of furniture, mattresses, lamps, rugs, bathroom accessories, artwork,and other home decor items.- ******** services related to chandelier and curtain installation.- A moving service from ***************************************************** *****************************************************The product and service details are further specified in different sections of thecontract for each room and area of the house.3. The dollar amount in dispute?$70,814 Only 4. The date of the transaction.Feb/26/2023 5. What the nature of the dispute?The stipulations of the contract were violated, and according to the terms of theagreement, Mr. ********************** proprietor of Good Earth Staging ***** has an obligation to refund our money. We seek the full reimbursement of all payments made, inaddition to any accruing interest.6. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem?There is no faith in the business. Good Earth Staging (*********************), violated the contract multiple times. ********************* is intimidated us and we don't trust him.
