  On 02/19/24 we contracted Outright Solutions to complete a job for us on a recent home purchase. The job consisted of drywall demo and finish work, framing a wall, closing off a door opening, roughing in a door opening and building and installing a custom ****** door style bookcase. I found the business on "Yelp" and should have not hired them after reading mixed reviews, including many negative ones. ******* and his helper completed the first part of the job consisting of everything with exception of building and installing the ****** door style bookcase as we had to have paint and floors done before the install. They completed the above work on or around 03/01/24, which was a little less than 2 weeks. Then things started to go south. I notified ******** the flooring was done and they could start on the build of the door. On 03/13/24, ******** said they would be out on 03/21/24 to start the door. On 03/21/24, he communicated to be they could not start the job as they had to order door hardware. They did not show to start the job until 04/01/24 (I guess that was when the joke was on us). To make a long story **************************** and his worker showed up sporadically at best. Unanswered text communications and rescheduling were the start. It seemed as though ******** and his helper were having difficulties with building and fitting of the door. On 04/24/24, ******** again had to reschedule. I expressed concerns about the work quality of the door. ******** assured me the door would be filled and sanded. On or around 05/02/24 ******** picked up the door to take to his "shop" to complete the finish work prior to install. From then on it was the same run around with unanswered texts and no estimated date to complete the door. Only excuse after excuse as to why the job had not been completed. As of this date the door still had not been completed and we had to hire someone else to finish the job. They would not even return the door and drop it off after my wife's request
