I purchased a vehicle from Gosch Ford Hemet - Now known as *** ***** **** on 3/9/2024. On 4/26/24 I took the vehicle in for inspection as I received a message on my dash explaining it was overheating before the throttle full shut off in the middle of the Freeway. The dealer had my car from 4/26/2024-6/28/2024 due to various engine codes/issues that needed to be fixed. Again on 9/2/2024 I was driving out of town and again the over heating warning popped up on the dash board - I took the car home as I had to go out of town for an emergency and took the car to *** ***** **** HEMET on 9/17/2024 WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS. Today 9/23/2024 I was told the vehicle was ready to be picked up. *** ***** **** USED MY GAS AND DID NOT REPLACE IT. I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING EXTRA, JUST WAS IS RIGHTFULLY MINE AND THEY DECLINED. THEY SAID PER POLICY THEY CANNOT TOP UP AND THEY USED MY GAS TO BE ABLE TO RUN THESE TESTS ON MY CAR. I was told my vehicle was not overheating but needed to have its system updated. I was also told that they performed the 1st (full) maintenance on warranty, but that is not true. My **** PASS app shows that my fluids are still low and oil change has not been completed! Also the service tech noted the mileage at the end of my visit was 3818, but that is also incorrect it was much higher. THEN AFTER I LEFT THE DEALER I TOOK MY CAR ON A TEST DRIVE, BECAUSE I DON'T TRUST THEM AND SURE ENOUGH I GOT THE SAME MESSAGE ON MY DASH AGAIN SAYING THE CAR IS OVER HEATING AND THE TEMPERATURE WAS ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. I CALLED THE DEALER AND *** (SERVICE **** SAID HE CANNOT SEE THE ***** AND THINKS IT COULD BE A SENSOR ISSUE. HE ASKED ME TO KEEP THE CAR FOR ANOTHER DAY AND DRIVE IT TO SEE IF I GET THE SAME MESSAGE - WHICH SEEMS DANGEROUS GIVEN ITS HISTORY. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALER HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER!!!!

************** I contacted Gosch about an online ad they have for a 2019 VW Tiguan SEL Premium listed for $21,197 and scheduled a test drive with *******. Test drive was fine, so we went back to the dealership to start the finance process, they ran my credit and got me financed. When we were discussing the details, they added $5998 in "Optional Accessories" to the price of the car, I asked what that was and was told it was ************* and an extended warranty, neither of which I asked for or wanted. I asked them to remove the charges, but they refused claiming that if they did, they would be losing money. If that were true, then why did they advertise the car at such a low price? Other dealers in the area have like cars for around $25000 with no hidden add-ons. Stay away from this dealership they are crooks and liars. You would think with new ownership they would act more professional, but I guess ***************** isn't any better than the Gosch's. I will never darker their doorstep again and I suggest everyone else do the same, spend your hard-earned dollars at a respectable business not this POS!!!
