    Date of transaction: 2/23/23 I paid the total deposit of $534.02. Later that same day I received the contract to sign through DocuSign from ****** *********. I replied to that email stating I'm going to stay with my current insurance company and choosing not move forward. On February 27th I was told my cancellation needed to be written. I scanned & emailed my handwritten letter that same day / same hour. On March 1st I was requested to send the declaration page of my current insurance as proof I had active coverage. I emailed the declaration page that same day / same hour. On March 28th I received a partial refund from the corporate office for $279.02. I called the office ***** ******** but the person handling my claim ******** ******* wasn't in the office. I was told she would call me back the following day. On March 29th I sent an email to ******** notifying her of my partial refund of $279.02. On April 6th ******** responded via email stating: "Goodafternoon ******, I spoke with corporate and the refund was approved so here at the office we will go ahead and issue the refund check for the amount of $250. Please reply with the address so we can mail out that check. Thank you for your patience and any questions feel free to contact us at ********-****. FIESTA AUTO INSURANCE ***************" April 28th I emailed ******** to follow up with the refund for $250.00. ******** responded the same day and stating "Hello ******, yes that refund has been mailed out by my manager. You should be receiving it no later than the next 3 business days so sorry for the inconvenience, it was mailed out earlier this week. FIESTA AUTO INSURANCE ***************" It's now 5/8/2023 and I still haven't received the remainder of my refund for $250.00.
