I paid them$ 3300 in total. ************************** cash. This was a routine spay and C section on a healthy 2 year old dog. No problems at all ever. This dog was handed back to me and never to be the same again. Her 6 puppies died bc they were NOT READY to come out. He should never taken my money. Did the surgery on Sept. 13th. Friday. Did not let me know he was Not open Following day or next. He did NOTHING TO CONFIRM not ready. They needed incubators because of poor judgement. My dog ****** has underwent a number of emergency care visits to figure out just what happend to her during surgery. She has dropped 8 pounds and is on number of pain medication. More testing is needed. My money was taken when I should have been directed to seek out another vet that is more familiar with breed. I was told during pickup that Dr. *********** and Hisperia Animal hospital Doesn't WORK ON FLAT FACED animals. Why did he take my money and preform these services on my animal. I yes want my money back. I hold them responsible for her care after as well. Although a start would be the money spent for services they ultimately don't do ever. My dogs poor health is a direct reason and mislead , holding back vital information that could have been the best information for me to make the right decision in Not paying them for services rendered. Improperly and with malice but rendered.

    To whom it may concern.
The owner came requesting a c-section with a spay. The dog was a healthy-looking dog. The
owner told us the dog was 61+ days pregnant. The receptionists can attest to this. The physical
exam and x rays did not contradict her plausible time frame. Physical exam, the owners
breeding date, and x rays with skeletal mineralization is how we can assess if a C-section is the
    right thing to do.
Mollies surgery went well. As far as for ******, she had a spay done properly. No complications,
no abnormalities. She awoke well from anesthesia. If she did become ill post spay/c-section its
not because of how I did the spay. It could in theory be because of normally unfortunate post
spay/c-section complications as we discussed and had her sign. If she is not well, we do lament
that, but its not right to blame us because we did what the owner wanted us to do. And we did it
well. Even if ****** got sick, its not because of how we did things here. Also, we did very clearly
let the owner know that we are closed Saturday and Sunday. The owner came in on a Thursday
(9/12/24). And to avoid having an ** c-section on the weekend when we are closed, she opted
to have it done Friday morning with us (9/13/24). We told her again on Friday morning before
the c-section and Friday evening at pick up and check out that we are closed Sat/Sunday and to
go to the ** immediately that same night (9/13/24) for continued monitoring of ******. The
owner then came back 10 days later (9-23-24) saying her pet did have a seizure and wasn't
doing well. I recommended ********* x rays, calcium as needed, IV fluids, Medication, etc. The
owner declined all that I recommend even though I let the owner know it could be an
emergency. I then recommended the owner take ****** to the ** that same night ASAP. I don't
know if she took my medical advice to take ****** and the pups to the ** on 9/13/24, and ******
on the 9/23/24 as I adamantly recommended. We work on brachiocephalic ( flat face dogs) on a
daily basis. We have done c-sections on brachiocephalic dogs too. And with good results.
Lamentably in this case all of her puppies did eventually die and we did give our condolences
for that. That did sadden us and we did let them know we were genuinely sorry for their loss.
We did all we could to revive the pups that became ill here. Zero malice from our part. We love
pets here. Our condolences to the puppies, and we hope for ****** to get better if she is ill. If
more information is wanted , we will be glad to provide the medical records. This letter is not
exhaustive of all we did or of how we did things. I just wanted to make a reply as soon as I could.
