BBB believes complaints we have received for Ultimate Liquor Shop contain a pattern of similar allegations. Consumers have generally alleged that the products they ordered from the company's website, ultimateliquorshop.com, are not delivered and that they are required to make payments through the app, Zelle, which are not recoverable.
BBB wrote to the company on January 26th and February 2nd, 2022 requesting an explanation for these allegations. As of today's date Ultimate Liquor Shop has not responded.
