Horrible customer service. I purchased a carbon fiber hood, and later received an email about the advertised price no longer being valid however payment has already been processed. Then requesting I pay an additional 260 on top of what I bought as advertised. And only able to comp 37 dollars off original list value. I am very dissatisfied because there was no compromise or possibly some way to meet in the middle. Their reasoning for asking me for more money was their site wasnt updated.

This company is a joke! They stalled me out till my hood was shipped by maersk. I had no idea it was being shipped by this other company till the last email out of 8 by *******, when I initially ordered my hood it said WILL BE SHIPPED IN 1-2 days that was on 10/23/23 today is the 7th of Nov!. I asked repeatedly for a full refund to cancel the order way before the hood was shipped, ******* kept telling me its coming and ignored my request of my full refund even aft explaining the hood was for my son serving in the military and he needs it before he came home because he would not be home long enough to have his car fix due the the lies I was giving stating 1-2 days will be shipped out. Now reading how crappy the product is in all the reviews Im in more fear the hood wont be a correct fit for my sons ******, more problems Ill have to deal with, with this company. I feel bad for my son because he only gets to come home 1 time a year. This year he wont finish his car because this company lied and ignored my request of a refund in full. Had I not read shipping within 1-2 days I wouldnt even thought twice about ordering from bodykits.com I should had ordered the same hood from ******** Im sure I wouldve had my item by now. Dont order from here they practice bad business. They also dont answer the phone at all Monday- Friday but they say they are available lies again they are never available ever!

I ordered a bumper for my 2006 Acura tsx and when it arrived I took off the stock bumper to see how it fits and man that thing didn't even come close. Besides having to trim off soo much excess materials there were spots that should of had space for mounting screws/clips that were not there. I can't mount my bumper due to the shotty and rushed fiberglass work. Not only that but the thing is so cheaply made that the metal grill inserts are held on by what literally looks like pieces of bailing wire. On top of that they charged $190 shipping for a $209 product. Wtf.

I think everything I've read below is 100% accurate. Absolute c*** product. The only quality component was the box it came in. I purchased a spoiler /wing for my Porsche which appeared to be patched on one of the support legs along with several cracks and gouges. When I spoke to **** the alleged general manager he stated that my body shop would be responsible for correcting the defects and if I wanted to send a defective part back I would be responsible for the shipping. I can only guess that if I had followed this suggestion the next excuse I would hear is my body shop caused the damage. I even sent pictures of the defects to which he said he saw no flaws at all!!! A blind thief at that. My mission in life is to put them out of business. Yeah keep laughing jackass's you have no idea what awaits you and are going to love the website I am constructing. Also notice they have no place for reviews on their site. People like this tend to have very bad things happen to them. Of course, I'm referring to Karma!

Absolute garbage of a product. I ordered a bodykit for my 2007 *** 550i. Always had in interest in the ****** but didnt want to deal with the headache of owning such a high maintenance machine so I went with the option thats easier on my pockets. The 550. I ordered the body kit to make it look more like my beloved M5. But these guys at bodykits.com are selling low quality almost cartoonish versions of the kits. The gaps in fitments where 2 to almost 3 inches all around. I took my car to 3 body shops, 2 wouldnt even touch it and the 3rd told me the amount of bondo they have to put on these parts to make them fit would cost me over $3000. it would be cheaper to buy a new kit than to throw more money on this one. And they market they bull s*** as a moderate effort install by the way. I dont $3000 lines up with moderator effort. The kit cost me close to $1500 including shipping and it is absolute s*** when I email the company with pictures of their garbage products.. their best advice was that I remove the reinforcement bars in my bumper a safety feature that *** save the lives of my children, to make their bull s*** a** part fit which most reputable body shops wouldnt do by the way. It was a real disappointment dealing with the company and the idiom of buyer beware is forever cemented in my mind dealing with these people

Complete and total scam. Ordered a lip kit from, didnt fit right so I sent it back. Upon receiving the lip kit they say its been damaged and that they cant refund it nor will they send it back unless I pay for shipping which I paid for shipping when I sent it back to them. No way Im paying for shipping twice. Then, after the run around again with that they tell me their manufacturer can only hold the part for 5 days and that the timeframe has passed so nothing else will be done. Wont ship it to me nor give me a refund. Complete scam company. Do not buy anything from them at all. Terrible customer service!!! $600+ for the part and over $100 shipping that I wont get back. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!! Do not buy anything from this company. I repeat, do not buy anything from this company!!!!!

I reached out to them prior to purchasing a bumper and was told that it would take 4 weeks for it to be produced. After a few emails back and forth with '******,' I went ahead and paid just shy of $300. Once they had my money, that is when all contact stopped. The month of wait time had come and nobody from their team reached out to me. I sent them multiple emails, and after 6 weeks of dead silence, I was forced to file a transaction dispute.This is the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen from a company; stay far away.

They lied to me .. part were definitely defective.. company sells c*** for parts .. emailed company many times.. took many pictures as they requested.. finally got them to return items and the latest contact from them is that the items were damaged and they couldn't refund my money .. so now they have my money and parts that I paid for and don't want to respond to my phone calls or emails.. There just plain crooks and thief s and someone needs to face criminal charges. For theft..
