    1. The appetizers during cocktail hour were not enough for guests. From my guests perspective, not everyone get eat the appetizers which is extremely concerning and disappointed considering my guests were there from 3pm-11pm.2. All of the food on the menu were not delivered on what we agreed upon.3. Assorted fruits with main lobster - there were a few pieces of old and hard lobster pieces, fruits were not nearly fresh, small portion 4. Filet mignon and asparagus - the meat did not look like filet mignon, it was old meat, guests let me know that they didn't want to eat it from the look of it, asparagus and mushrooms that came out with the "steak" were uncooked, and extremely small portion.5. Fish tripe and crab soup - small portion and mostly water and taste like water, there was nearly no crab and a lot of bad tasting fish tripe 6. Prawn with honey crushed walnuts -they were not the same prawns we had at the food tasting with our family, it was small shrimp covered with A LOT of batters, and some of the walnuts were burned, again EXTREMELY small portion. Guest barely got to eat 1 piece each. This one is extremely unacceptable on so many levels.7. Main lobster with garlic noodles - there were barely any noodles, my guests told me only 3 people at their table get to eat the garlic noodles, there were not enough for everyone.8. Peking Duck with steam buns - the presentation was not there, it looked like it was cut badly and threw on to the plate. This one actually was a big portion although I received feedback from guest that it was mainly a lot of bones 9. Seafood & assorted meat fried rice - the only things that were in the fried rice were the extremely tiny small shrimps and red pork so I don't know what the words seafood and assort meat comes from, again small portion, not everyone get to eat the fried rice 10. Steamed whole seabass - it didn't taste good or look good but no other comment on this one.11. Macaroons - MISSING
