Paid for warranty and when I needed new bulbs very **** to respond. Paid the shipping for the new ones to be sent out. They sent wrong ones and now 5 emails and 1 week later nothing?? Stay away.Review from Heath B

I made an order for headlights for my 1959 Galaxie, which their website even guaranteed fitment. They obviously did not fit and I returned them for a refund. I was notified that my refund is over $100 less than what I paid for the headlights that do not fit my vehicle. This is stealing and bad business practice. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Review from Pete S

Same experience as all others. Ordered low beams on 21Nov and no status updates as of 6 December dispute multiple emails to CS and a phone that is always busy - even middle of night. Im probably out $120 which is an expensive ****** to perform due diligence before purchase from a 3rd part. STAY AWAY.Review from Theresa T

Terrible company and website. Sent me the wrong item, then charged me both shipping and 20% restocking fee to send the item back. It gas been almost a month and I still do not have my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!Review from Eric S

I hate this company they should be removed all together, no one answers the phone i placed a order before thanking and haven't received anything i requested my parts and a refund and all I get is a we are working on it be patient email BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER !!!!!! I purchased car specific front head assemblies from this company and was sent the incorrect items. The cost is over $300. Now they want me to pay to ship it back which its their mistake to begin with. My order has the correct assemblies but was not sent. I have requested a refund but limited response. They want me to pay for shipping, and a restocking fee. They shipped the wrong item. I shouldnt be charged to return the items or a restocking fee. On top of that, no one answers the phone. If I could give this company a 0 I would. Buyer beware of this company.
