    Glacier Hobbies have ignored all communications regarding a pre order purchase in July 2022 and have not fulfilled it. All communications have been ignored since Dec 2023 and there are no updates on the purchase status since then.

    There was an item in this order that was delayed. We've put up a public notification regarding the delays, and that the final shipment of the delay is incoming. The item in this order is coming with the final shipment of delays and will be ship out when that shipment comes in.

    Why I have to go through the BBB to get in contact with the business seems absolutely ridiculous to me. I just wanted update on the order and couldn't even get that. 
    I would like to request for a refund at this point.

    On sept 20th 2022 I preordered a figure for $64.90 I have gotten no updates about my ordered and have reached out to the company with 3-4 emails and multiple instagram DMs. I have asked for a refund multiple times and have moved since I ordered the item. Even if my item is sent out I would not be able to receive it because I cannot change my shipping address. This company has been ignoring multiple people for months and has gone silent multiple times.

    3/31/2023 i ordered a figure from this store costing $166.88, i have not received an update to my order in over a year with 5 emails sent asking for an update. they have not provided with an update in over a year and there is no other way to get in contact with this shop. there is no phone number only an instagram which i have also reached out on and been completely ignored.

    In November of 2022 I placed an order with Glacier Hobbies to pre-order an item that was to be released around August 2023. August came and went with no update about the item. Repeated emails do not get any response from the vendor. Now it is over 6 months from the release date and the item is available on other websites but still no communication from Glacier Hobbies.

    I ordered a figurine from glacier hobbies and never heard anything back finally in November I received a email stating they had issues with the orders so I asked for a refund Im getting ignored and no refund yet it has been almost 1 year . I have all the receipts and emails if needed. Since then I sent them an email almost every day without any results.

    It is a toy company that I made a pre-order with. You have to pay upfront before the item arrives for them in stock. The item was supposed to be sent to me over five months ago. They ignore all e-mails and messages on their Instagram. Since the pre-order was taken such a long time ago, I cannot file a dispute with my credit card.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the delayed response. It seems like we've only received one email from you (that we were able to search) and it was in the spam folder. If you did contacted us before, we apologize but we were not able to see it. As for your order, it was delayed due to the distribution not able to send out the shipments. This has been an issue with the supply chain since Covid-19 and unfortunately that issue hasn't been totally solved yet by this particular distribution. We were only able to confirm with them regarding the item just this month. Previously they had be silent and had not reply back to our inquiries for about 4-6 months. As per your request, we will cancel your order and refund for it. Since your order has an item that this distribution has monopoly in distributing in the US, we were unable to source it anywhere else to make up for the delay. Also due to this distribution that we have delays on other shipments with them that unfortunately has fill our inbox with inquiries, we are still trying to get through every inquiring and may have missed some in the process. We apologize for the inconvience and the delay.
