************** I paid $400 to get my MacBook screen replaced and a couple months later, after barely using my computer and being extra careful with it (because I didn't want it to break and have to pay another $400), one of the connectors stopped working past a 45 degree angle so I can barely open my screen. I took it in and they said that it is a wear and tear issue, which means that they messed something up during the new screen installation because wear and tear issues don't happen that fast, and I know for a fact I didn't do anything to damage it. Then they told me that their technician didn't work with them anymore. They took down my info and said they would call me when they got a new technician. I called a multitude of times when they were open and they didn't answer a single call (probably because they had my number and didn't want to fix their mistake for free). I went in 4 more times over the period of 2 months and had to have my mom and girlfriend call to see if they had a new technician because I couldn't get ahold of them. They told both of them that they had a new technician who was available and to come in with their "broken computer screens," the same issue I was having. I went back in after they told my mom their technician was not busy and would be available at 2. I asked for their technician and he conveniently wasn't in. I then spoke to the same guy I spoke to the last 5 times and he said that the technician "doesn't do Apple products," which is ridiculous. He then tried to blame the situation on me and said that they could not help me, even though the whole thing is their fault. TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

This company is selling computers with volume licenses on them (Windows Volume Licenses) and they are saying that these are authentic user licenses. They are misleading consumers into purchasing their computers and after awhile the windows license you thought you purchased will no longer be valid as they remove you from their server. This is a direct violation of the User Agreement with ********* and is a misleading practice to consumers. When I reached out to ask them about it I was told "How about you go F&%$ yourself" from them... those screenshots will be included below as well as proof it came from them

I made arrangements to sell some computer parts to one of the stores representatives and they stated they were going to wait at the store for me as I was driving from ********* to Norwalk. When I arrived at 6:30 the store was closed even though the hours online stated open till 7 and the Open sign was lit, I range the Ring doorbell with no answer, called the number but no answer. I sent a message and received a text about 30 minutes later telling me to come back tomorrow. I told him that I couldnt due to lack of gas and that I was told someone was going to be waiting for me. When i sent him a screenshot of the email conversation he became irate and used very vulgar language towards me. I would like to be reimbursed for my gas for driving out there and time waisted. He needs to know that talking to customers this way is unacceptable and all they had to do was email me or call me and say they were closing and i could have avoided the trip.

My laptop would not turn on so I took it to Computer World to see if they could fix it. After a few days I stopped by & was told that they tried to install a new drive but found there was more to the failure than that. The computer was returned to me, intact, for no charge. Good business. So then I took it elsewhere to see if they could extract any data from the disc, and this new business told me that any data on the drive was under a different account from mine. I am the only user of the **********************, so I tried to get back to Computer World to get more details on what steps they had taken to try and fix it, and ask if they had left the wrong hard drive in it. Two different people by telephone said they'd have to gather more information and get back to me, but nobody ever did. Now all of my calls to them go straight to voicemail. When my husband went into the shop in person to ask the same thing he was told they never even OPENED my computer to do ANYTHING and admitted to blocking my calls because I was being abusive. Abusive for asking that they call me with information that they said they would? I believe they kept my disc and left "their" disc in the computer. ****, the "Regional Manager" claims that his "multi-million dollar company" has nothing to gain by keeping my disc, but a well-run company also returns calls and cares about their customers. This one doesn't. I believe Computer World will say anything if it's to their advantage. I would NEVER trust these people with ANY of my property or any business!
