PhantomLeft is a small business owned and operated by disabled US Navy veterans. Based in Imperial Beach, California, we specialize in the provision of electric bikes and custom laser engraving/cutting services.
Our product portfolio features electric bikes that have been vetted for performance, durability, and reliability.
In addition to our e-bikes, we offer laser engraving services. Our technology allows us to perform 3D deep engravings on metal. This capability enables us to cater to a wide range of customer needs, from personalized gifts to customized business solutions.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an actual issue with your order and please understand the following:
We cannot accept products back that have been installed, attempted to install or that have been used in any way.
These are custom engraved and if any item that you received from us is handled at all, in any which way, can cause even the slightest patina on the engraved surfaces to the point that we cannot and will not resell it.
*Note: Due to this being virtually impossible to confirm before sending back, we typically do not accept returns. Plus, what are we supposed to do with a knife that says “Dope Boy Pushin’ P” on it?
Our 30 Day Refund | Replace Policy
If your request is within 30 days of the purchase date and we work it out via, any type of communication, that we will make an exception…
We will provide you with an address and it is your responsibility to handle/pay for your shipping.
If it’s our bust (found within 30 days of the purchase date) and we misspelled your mom’s or your pet chupacabra’s name incorrectly we will 100% refund, replace or make right of any situation!
Returns & Refunds On Freego eBikes:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
A return request must meet the following criteria:
We will charge you a restocking fee for opened, tested, or used items depending on the condition of the item.
Must require a 10% restocking fee for customers changing their minds or refusing a shipment.
All customers must provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and a reason for the return.
We will gladly provide you with a refund 3 days after we receive and inspect the item.
Any shipping charges incurred when returning the product to PhantomLeft are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Other Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@phantomleft.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your refund. Please, understand that when refunded your bank may need 7-14 business days to transfer the money to your card account. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information.
