Beware, they took a copy of my driver license to check into the **********************, and this was alarming with all the identity fraud going around. I am now having to check my experian and transunion to make sure nothing unusual happened but what a hassle for a crappy hotel. They take advantage of all guests when there's any event going at Indian Polo fields. Spend the extra hundred and stay away.Worst hotel ever!

September 2023... Indian Palms Country Club, just painted all of the nearly 2 miles of Corner Walls, to a Deep ********************* or Brown. It is Outstanding, Maintenance. For which I give them high marks... Thank You All, at IPCC for your care of our community...****

"Indian Palms Country Club" has been and is derelict in accepting any complaints or responding if you can after a week or longer to lodge a complaint, as they do not answer phone calls, as a rule. If you are able to ask for a call back, they ignore you. Time and Time Again, just check the phone records on my phone, with the FCC. Among other issues, I have just had a Window Broken, by their Maintenance Lawn Mower, casting a rock into my Back Window. I have tried for days to contact the so-called CEO "Charlie" of which I was told on 5/2/2023 he would call me on 5/3. Never Happened. There after several phone calls, a wonderful person named Trish, told me I could call the next day after 3 PM and contact a Samatha (Sam), to resolve the issue. Yet the phone systems: ###-###-#### will not accept emails. It has been a nightmare to find any real service for the last 12 years I have lived here, and prior to that I had lived here for 8 previous years in which the Management and Owners, took care of every issue I raised . This new management have denied me on multiple occasions any corrections or responsibility on their parts to resolve and correct legitimate issues, which I have be left with to shoulder the finances. I tell my friends not to play at this Golf Course due to its shoddy management, and maintenance. I would encourage the Better Business Bureau to do the same...
