            On July 10, 2024. I had my car towed to *** auto sale location in ***********, **. My car was to get serviced for over heating. Mr. **** the owner of ******** told me to lease my car at the *** auto to get problem check and fixed. I made serval calls to Mr. **** inquiring bout status. Each time Mr. **** stated my car has not been fixed and that his Machanic hasnt found the problem and he was waiting other Machanic to come fixed the problem. I received a call today from ******************** a company Im financing my car. The call from finance company was to ask me if I need there assistance in getting my car from the ********** vehicle impound. I then called Mr. **** owner of AVA auto sales. I ask Mr. **** the whereabouts of my car. Mr. **** stated: (he dont know). I told Mr **** my car someone from AVA auto sales moved my car off *** auto lot into the streets. I was never called to come pick up my car from AVA auto sales. **********************************. Stated. My car was on the streets (3) days before being impounded. Mr. **** stated hes not responsible. Amount due today. $1,579 for the release of my car.

            On July 1, I purchased a 2011 *** X62 days after purchasing the car I called the dealership back to let the dealership know that my check engine light had been on and that my air conditioning was not working. They let me know that it was a sensor as far as the check engine light for me to bring it back in, and they will fix the air, I did so and they did fix the air and the check engine light continue to come on. I did continue to let him know and he did let me know that if anything were to happen to my vehicle that he would have no issues with fixing it the truck broke down on the freeway , I paid $320 to get the truck to the shop where I was instructed to get it to where the truck is today on September 7 only to be told that the engine was frozen in my truck and that I needed to get the truck out of there because he had no idea what was going on. This is what the guy at the Alondra auto Care. Instructed me that I also needed to call the dealership where I got it from because he had no instructions on what to do with my car. I gave **** a call. I have nothing to shoot to be told I would be called back and he is not taking care of business or keeping to his word . I purchased the truck at ******************************************* (Ava auto sales)
