I OPENED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON MY CAR AND CHANGED MY MIND. I CALLED THEM TO CANCEL AND I NEVER GOT ANYONE TO ANSWER. I LEFT A MESSAGE SO THEY COULD CALL ME BACK BUT NO ONE HAS. I LEFT A MESSAGE TELLING THEM I WANTED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT LAST MONTH BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED ME AGAIN AND NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN THIS MONTH AND I STILL CAN NOT REACH ANYONE. I HAVE CALLED ALL MORNING - KEEPING IN MIND THAT THEY ARE 3 HOURS BEHIND ME AND LEFT A MESSAGE BUT STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL STATING THAT I WANTED TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK THAT WAY EITHER.Review from CRAIG V

They have called me many times and always with a different price of $3000.00 plus for a 4-year protection policy or ******* miles whichever comes first. The fast talking guy pretended that they've never called me before. I've received at least 6 calls in the last 4-months. They do their best to lock you in while on this high pressure call. When I said I would need to confer with my dealership (as I did on the previous sales calls) to validate they are in fact a reputable warranty company they wanted me to initiate a 3-way call. (keep me on the hook). Any way I hung-up and called several ****** dealerships to verify their familiarity with Cornerstone Auto Protection none of the ****** service departments and despite their telling me they work directly with ****** (no 3rd. party) exclusively they all said the same thing: that had ever heard of them and cautioned me that most of these warranty companies will deny most claims or pay only a portion of the repair. Additionally, when I inquired about how long they've been in business the guy said over 20 years when I see it's been since 2019. Be cautious.....be very cautious !Review from Rafael C

Before I signed on as a customer, these people were constantly calling me. They even talked me out of cancelling the service once. Regrettably, I did not cancel and now, after several months of paying for a service I've used only recently, I wish to cancel I cannot get in touch with them, They have 3 business phone numbers and none work. All have have the same recording to call back during business hours 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST. One small problem, I called from the East coast at 3:30 p.m. (which would make their time 2:30 p.m.) and I still got the their answering machine repeating the company line "call back during business hours." So you don't get a live person to speak to. I sent them an email (Thursday May 4, 2023) and have yet to hear back from them. I am looking to cancel their "service" and look for a similar business within my local area. DO NOT USE Cornerstone Auto Protection for any purpose whatsoever. This is a RIP OFF pure and simple.Review from Sonnie D
