    I purchased a Pop bed tent for my son for Christmas on 12/20/2021 in the amount of ******. I never received the item and tried several times to contact the company via phone and email. I never got a response and now I am super upset. My son never got his tent bed and I was scammed $150. I filed a complaint with my bank and am waiting to hear if I have any hope of a refund.

    I bought a bed tent from this company in December of 2021 and never received a product. I tried contacting the company multiple times over the next few months and then found out that the website had been shut down and tons of people hadnt received their items. I would just like my money refunded as I payed with shop pay and they took payments 4 times and wont refund me because I paid with a debit card. Purchase on 12/24/21. $139.44.

    I ordered a twin size bed tent on 11/27/21 for $111.25. My order number is S-******. I have made several attempts over the last couple of months and have not received any response from privacy pop.

    I placed an order on December 13/2021 received a confirmation email of the order. However, the item never shipped and the company has since taken down their website. The only way to contact them in the confirmation email was through their website. I would like a refund of the money I paid for the product I never received. My order number is S-****** and my Amex was charged A $217.00 *********** is Privacy Pop bed tents.

    I ordered a privacy pop tent for $139.99 including shipping on the 25th of December 2021. My card was charged on the 26th of December 2021 and the privacy pop was never sent. I sent an email to customer service asking for them to send or reimburse and got no response. My confirmation number was s-******.

    Order a twin Privacy Pop tent bed on 11-12-21. Paid 156.40$The company took payment and. had not delivered or responded. Theyre website now longer exists. I have ordered in the past without issue. It appears they took payment and closed without notice.
