I keep getting text messages saying I owe FasTrak Lane and if I dont pay then legal action can be taken issue is I live in ****** not **********! No number I call for customer ********************** works and Im beginning to get frustrated.Review from Dean T

I dont have enough words to review about this agency. They are just a cheating agency to rip off customer and violate the civil right of people. Hope some one will sue this business for violating the civil right of people.Review from Liz T

They charged me for a toll someone obtained using an old license plate number. I sold that car to my mom and dmv changed the plate number. Had no clue I had this account from years ago. Called them and they said I had to pay someone else’s toll since it’s my responsibility to remove license plate from account. So I removed car and had to pay someone else’s toll to close this account. Make sure you don’t leave any license plates on this website.Review from Bruce D

They sent me a toll charge for a vehicle that was approximately 700 miles away from the location at the date specified. I don't even know exactly where this toll highway is, nor have I ever been there. I could overlook it as a simple mistake, but the aggressive approach and ridiculously escalating fines make this look more like a legally approved scam. It is a PITA to challenge, and they do not provide an online option. The appeal is mailed, at my expense, but I have little faith that this is the end of the issue. It would be much less of a hassle to simply pay the fine ($8.57), but I will not give in and play their game. The $8.57 escalates to $108.57 in 2 weeks, and then in another 4 weeks they say they will place a lien against my vehicle. A lien over a toll highway?How in the world does the State of California allow this practice to continue?Review from M. K.

Get your transponder from anywhere else but these people! I bought an active transponder with a form of payment on file. They didn't bill me because I wanted a notification for each toll, and for whatever reason, they implied that I didn't want to get billed automatically. I run a rental business and I need to know when someone causes a toll to be charged so I can ask for reimbursement. This wasn't a problem with ****** until they went out of business and I was forced to buy a transponder directly from thetollroads. I bought one from AAA from Metro Expresslanes for $40 including $40 in toll credits and told thetollroads to shove their transponder. I have over $200 in violations for only 4 tolls that weren't even theirs and I can't renew my vehicle registration until they're resolved. Since this is a private company, they aren't exempt from small claims lawsuits.Review from Simona A

Negative stars. This agency operates in a very deceptive and predatory manner to basically steal money from toll road users. They do not send a timely bill or provide enough time for users to pay the toll fee for those without an account. Instead they only give 5 days to pay online (no bill sent, no reminder) then they hit you with a $150+ fine. Then when you go to pay they don't show you everything you owe and don't tell you when you haven't paid the full amount. They should be investigated and audited.Review from Aaron S

Ive been a customer with an account for over 10 years. It was fine because we were able to choose our OWN amount to automatically charge us to replenish our account whenever it falls to a certain level. Where we live, the toll comes in handy so we used it often. Now, they changed it without proper warning that THEY will be choosing the amount to their liking to charge and replenish accounts and you have NO say in it. They chose $250! Every time our account fell down to $40, they automatically charged us $250. That alone is extremely unethical. So I deleted my card on file and used up the rest of the funds I had in the account and decided to pay as we go. A few months after we used it up, they tried to charge me $20 for them closing my account without my consent or warning. On top of this, now that they got rid of pay at booths, they expect you to remember the tolls you took, look up their website and pay the toll within FIVE days! If not, you get billed for the toll PLUS $60+ penalty. So your $4 toll charge will turn into over $60. How this legal or acceptable? Its completely unethical. Who is running this company? They are absolute thieves. Until they change their ways, I will not be using the toll roads and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.Review from Nelson d

Like others, I'm trying to pay my bill but none of the options will let me do it. Yes, it's been more than 7 days now, 14 to be exact, but shouldn't I get a bill on the mail with a reasonable due date?Why would they stop accepting online payments after 7 days? Is this really acceptable? Why is this company allowed to continue scamming people without consequences?Review from Kat D

Scam scam scam. GPS sent me on a route with a toll road, no way to avoid it, fine. Waited for the bill to come, and they charge me $57.50 penalty for a $7.17 toll. This is not a late fee. If were not to pay in the next two weeks, their "late fee" would make the total $100.17. 30 days after that, theyd put a lien on my vehicle registration. Why is the state allowing this? Thieves. I received a Notice on 6/16 for 2 violations from 5/28 (violation ********) which i immediately paid. I assumed logically that these were the only 2 violations. I did NOT receive an initial Notice for the location of ************ (also on 5/28). If I had, I would have paid it at the same time. Obviously. Instead I received a Notice of Evasion a month later. Failure to notify me of this violation at the same time as the others, or AT ALL, only to charge $100 for "evasion" is highly unethical, scammy, and possibly illegal. Why would you put 2 of 3 violarions together and "forget" the third if not to charge an additional fee as it wasnt paid because I didnt know about it? Perhaps it was a system error but if so, your system needs correction. Kindly remove the $100 fine and I will happily pay the violation as I did the others.
