            I started their program and was advised multiple times that they would gurantee me a loan in June and now am being told to send them more money and it doesn't matter what they have said in the past.

            The company is Uniq ************************************************************************* ************ was supposed to help pay off my Student Loans. I have paid them a $125 since October of 2023 and I not received any receipts or paperwork or any 1099 to file on my taxes. I would like to know if the is a legalize company.

            On February 23, 2023, I enrolled to the business services of restoring my credit, remove any insufficient information off of my credit report. I originally received a ***************** message in January 2023 (can't recall actual date) from a gentleman by the name of '***********************************' offering such services. I was & still am extremely desperate to repair my credit & gain a higher credit score. He convinced me this *************** employees will help me & by the end I will achieve a credit score of 700 or higher. During the conversation of the offer, I recently lost my job & was struggling to find another. He did not take anything I said into consideration or account, proceeded to ask if I can obtain funds from anyone, to get started in the program. Like I mentioned before, I was & still am extremely desperate. I paid the company on day of sign up (2/23/23) $1,000 on a credit card. I continued to pay monthly payments from February to April in the amount of $773.90. I was unable to continue to pay the high monthly payment & kept reaching out to the business on changing my payment plan. It took MONTHS to track down '***********************************' after numerous calls to the business, emails to the company's support email and to ******************* email. Reception each time I called, kept advising they will have him give me a call back *** should receive one by day the end of the business day. I did not receive a phone call, email or any type of response. After MONTHS of phoning daily, pleading to Reception & explaining that the company has completely ignored me & is still trying to charge my account, I finally reached ****************************************** advised he did not receive any messages, emails or any type of information that I have been looking for him for MONTHS. I requested to immediately cancel my account & be immediately refunded. He tried to persuade me to stick with 'the ******** *** declined. After declining his offer, the **** company has once again, completely ignored.
