This was our first investment in a DST and we couldn't have worked with a better company that 1031 Crowdfunding. ** ********* and his staff understood our trepidation and were very patient with our many questions. We also got good advice from them while we were analyzing our investment options. They were always very accessible throughout the process which was critical do to the time sensitive nature of a 1031 exchange. I'm happy to recommend them!Review from Patricia H

I have never involved myself with a DST before. At every juncture through this process when I had questions I received a complete, thorough and understandable explanation. All of my fears wear resolved and the we moved forward to completion. I would recommend 1031 Crowd Funding with no reservation.Review from GURBIR S

I went into the investment with confidence since my son invests with the company. It was a slow start since I could not call back or text someone directly. But once we got started, my experience is very positive.
