I truly wish my experience with this company had been better. The circumstances I find myself in are disheartening, to say the least. I discovered that this company funded a merchant that has filed for bankruptcy, and this revelation came as a complete shock to me. It was only after reaching out to United Credit that I was referred to another merchant willing to accommodate the clients left in the lurch.My ******* request to close or recover the loan and establish some meaningful communication with the lending company has been met with disappointment. Despite incompletion of the program, being in it for 8 months with the promise of lifetime access & full refund for failed success, the lender has chosen to refund only half of the loan. To compound matters, the loan continues to accrue interest daily, making the situation even more dire.I was led into this loan under false pretenses by the merchant, and to my dismay, the lending offer facilitated by this company, which came as a referral, is nothing short of outrageous. The idea of a loan that accumulates interest each day is utterly disheartening, and I've been tirelessly calling for weeks, desperately seeking a resolution. Regrettably, I find myself repeatedly directed to the same individual, someone who seems far from having my best interests at heart.It's immensely frustrating that I've had no opportunity to speak with anyone else within the company to present my case or seek support regarding this matter. This entire ordeal has left me with the distressing feeling that the company as a whole is unsupportive of the predicament I'm in. Going forward, I'll exercise extreme caution when contemplating such significant financial risks, given the unfortunate circumstances I've faced.Review from Vonzel S
