    I noticed a charge on my card for ****** from Pinsy Shapewear. I had never heard of this company and have never ordered from them. I called my bank and told them this was a fraudulent charge and that I did not order from this company. My bank issued the credit back to me and said they would investigate and sent me a new credit card. Days later I received the shipment at my door, however, there was a sketchy guy parked in front of my complex that appeared to have followed the *** truck as he was delivering my package. Maybe he had nothing to do with this but nonetheless it was weird he was in parked in front of my condo and had followed the *** truck. Anyways, I reached out to this company for a return label. I could not find an 800# to reach them, you can only email them. They issued a label for me to send the product back. I never opened the package and had no idea what was even ordered. When they sent the label to me I could see the 2 items ordered and an email address using a hotmail email address that I have never had. I returned the package and they received the package on Nov. 4th. I have reached out to them asking for the credit and they said they issued the credit (see attached image). I called my bank 2 times and they do not show a credit on the old card or the new card. I have emailed them 3 times now asking for the last 4 digits of the card they "issued" the credit to and have not gotten a response. The last response I have received from them was on Nov. 18th saying they issued the credit. Please also note, the credit they are giving me is for $202.27 which is not what I was charged. All I am asking for is for my full credit of $****** which is what they charged me. I returned the package that I never even ordered and now I can't get a response from them. Other people need to know this company is sketchy. It has been for me and I never heard of them or ordered from them before. Thank you,***** ******

    I bought this item during a sale on 5/24. They did not make it clear that it is exchange only. The email they sent about the sale says "easy returns and exchanges". There were not indications on the product pages, purchase confirmation, or email. So yes, I was very surprised when I tried to return something I didn't like and was told I could not. I've emailed back and forth. I've provided screen shots and receipts to show how deceptive this is. This was my second purchase with them. I won't purchase again.

    I purchased 2 items with this company, my card was charged, I was given a tracking number which I followed. I received a package, however, when I opened it, it was completely empty. Ive tried to reach someone at the company, they only provide email for contact, and heard from one person (Ive submitted 7 emails complaining that no one has reached out). They said we reached out on Saturday!, although I have yet to receive any email communication. Id like full refund. Beyond frustrated.

    I ordered a best seller Shapewear piece on 11/17. This happened to be on sale and I made sure to double check that I would be able to return the item both on the return policy section of the product page as well as on their return policy page through the link at the bottom of the page. It should additionally be noted that they have a very prominent section on the product page that states a product can be returned within 30 days if not satisfied. No where did it state that I would not be able to return the item, only exchange it. The item arrived on 11/24 and unfortunately was not something I liked. It was not that I had the wrong size, I just did not like the way it looked on nor did I like the fabric. I tried to initiate a return either that day or the following day but was unable to select a refund as an option. After contacting their customer service, I was informed that because this item had been on sale, I could not refund it. Again, this was not stated anywhere in the product page or the return policy page. After several emails trying to discuss this, I was relatively rudely treated as well as provided a screen shot of a return policy page that was not accessible by any means beyond the link attached to that email. They have now continued to ignore me and are unwilling to follow their own listed return policy at the time of my purchase. Since my emails to them, they have added on the product page the new return policy for the sale but this was not on their at the time of my purchase and I feel I should be allowed a refund as per the return policy that was stated in several places on their site at the time of my purchase.

    I am a first time buyer of Pinsy Shapewear. I placed order 5/21/23 for 4 items that were on sale, same style and colors, however of different sizes with the intention to return what didn't fit and keep which ones did. I reviewed their entire refund policy prior to purchasing. Upon attempting to start their return process online, I was only able to have the option to request from store credit or exchange. I contacted their customer service and they would not issue refund. Instead I received an email with screenshot of their policy regarding sales events from their customer service rep named Ale. This information was not readily available on their returns and shipping section during my date of purchase. It is unreasonable for this company to assume buyers will continue to research their website for additional returns/exchange information outside of their designated returns and shipping section. I paid $381.00 and am would like to receive either a full refund or a partial 50% refund via my original payment method since I would like to actually keep 2 of the items. My order #******. Thank you.
