            I AM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH ******** ******** ******** HEALTH INSURANCE, OVER THE PAST WEEK WE HAVE BEEN GETTING A CONCERNING NUMBER OF CALLS FROM MEMBERS ASKING ABOUT MEDICAL BILLS THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVING. THEY ARE COMING FROM A PLACE CALLED PHYSICIANS BILLING OFFICE.20 **************,****** ** *****. THEY ARE BEING SENT TO MERIDIAN ******** MEMBERS. PEOPLE WHO ARE ON ******** WILL NEVER OWE A BILL. WHEN THE DO GET ONE, IT IS BECAUSE THE PROVIDER DIDNT HAVE THEIR INSURANCE INFORMATION, OR THEIR WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CLAIM. THIS FAKE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS IS BILLING PEOPLE FOR UNKNOWN SERVICES THAT THE MEMBERS ARE UNAWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE REFERRING TO. WHEN I LOOK AT THEIR CLAIMS HISTORY IN THEIR PROFILE, EVERYTIME THERE IS NEVER A CLAIM FOR WHAT THEY ARE CLAIMING THE MEMBER OWES MONEY FOR.             ************** bills for many different medical providers.  We would need specific claim information in order to review why specific patients are getting communication from the billing office.  A supervisor has tried to reach out to ****** on three occasions to obtain specifics and was told that she would call us back.  At this point no call back has been received.  If we could be provided with examples of medical provider name, patient names, dates of services etc. we would be able to research and correct issue if needed.
