Rosie Rodriguez began my loan adventure and did it with professionalism and efficiency. I own an Escrow Company and have to deal with a multitude of lenders but Mission Loans is at the top of my list to refer my customers. My transaction was handled so extremely effortlessly on my part due to the knowledge and efficiency of the staff at Mission Loans. It happened just exactly as I was informed at the beginning. it was shocking to me being that I have to deal with borrowers and lenders and I see the issues and setbacks suffered by all parties. Not so in my case. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and closing of my loan.Review from Lisa C

The worst company to try and get your money back. My loan was sold to mission servicing. I had an escrow shortage at my previous lender. I paid the entire amount. Over $2K. Then they sold it to mission. Mission stent me a notice that my payment was going up $200 per month due to an escrow shortage. I called. Talked to multiple people. They said they couldn't stop it. Finally they tracked my money down. Admitted they had it. Then I asked when I get my money back that they were over charging in my automatic withdrawal. They said they would do an escrow analysis and send it back. That was in March. My money never came. I called in April. They said the same thing. Called again in *****. Same thing. Called in May. They said they check was never requested to be sent and they would do it on Friday. That was three weeks ago. I call again today and he said he saw the notes but no request was EVER made to send a check to me. Funny how they take extra money out of your account so fast, but so sloooowww to give your money back. They should have to pay me interest. But at this point I just want my money back. Everyone scratching their ***** and not getting anything done over in that call center. If I kept someone's money that wasn't mind it is called theft.

After consulting with multiple Lenders (big and small), we decided to move forward with Mission Loans and we have 0 regrets. They are so patient and people centric. It was a pleasure working with them. They stayed in communication and guided us through every step. Taking the time to really discuss our options, and they really cared about what would be the most beneficial for me and my family. We honestly can't thank them enough for such a great experience. They really care about their customers and have done an outstanding job with my refinance. They also gave me a home equity loan 3 months later. It saved me hundreds per month and they had so much patience with me!Review from Ash H

I would give negative stars if I could. They are the worst company a giant scam. There never open to talk to someone, there numbers for a mortgage are incorrect. There is no way to get to talk to a person to correct any problem there web sight is always down. And I am stuck with this terrible company untill they decide to sell my loan to another company.Review from Erika B

I went through a number of different companies trying to get a cash-out refinance. I had a unique situation in that I didn't have a mortgage because I bought my home in cash, but I needed to take out a hard money loan that was interest only payments and wanted to get rid of that so my payments would actually make the loan decrease in amount. At every turn, I was told I couldn't get a loan because my student loans are too high and I wasn't making enough money. I had my son added as a cosigner because he has good income, and still kept getting denials. I happened upon Mission Loans while searching the Internet, and was fortunate to have ********************* as my loan officer. He looked at my situation, and was confident he could get me the loan. It was a tough road, especially with all the problems with student loan servicing companies and incorrect information, but after a ton of work, I got the congratulations email. Such a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. It was a pleasure working with *****, and I am truly grateful for all the work that he and his team did.Review from Cary C

They're in **********, but use a 260 phone prefix (Indiana).Three calls (all different numbers but using the 260 prefix), one text in one day. The indicated that I contacted them about a loan, but I didn't.Review from Ian B

I have never provided them with my phone number or asked for any of their services yet they have started calling me as well as texting me in a harassing amount.
