    My husband and I moved in here in 2019 to a newly renovated apartment. We only lived there for 6 months. In that time, office hours were ONLY business hours during the week, and rent could not be paid online (it had to be a check), our refrigerator broke and was replaced without anyone telling us they were entering our unit (also after about a week of it being out), then we complained MULTIPLE times about standing water in our bathroom which was coming up from the floor (we had to wear shoes in our own bathroom). The water issue was never resolved and we were still required to pay to get out of our lease. I would never recommend someone get an apartment here.

    Worst experience. Living here is a total nightmare. Everything said about maintenance is true. My front door has a large gap where bugs invades the unit. I put in a maintenance request only to have one of their maintenance men s**** this large rubber thingy on the door frame, on top of the old one instead of removing the old one and replacing with the new one. He didn't speak English so I'm standing there trying to tell him the door will not close, he write on paper I have to slam the door hard until it wears. I took a video of his work and showed it to the assistance manager who was suppose to have it fixed correctly, to this day it still has not been repaired. Winter is approaching and the cold wind will definitely keep the apartment cold, heating cost up. Every night their valet trash crew takes photos of my front door area (very intimidating) when I asked the assistant manager about it her response was, "we have a right to observe." What are they observing and why am I the only tenant they seem to observe? Ever since I complaint about the disturbing upstairs tenants, their poor maintenance service and poor valet trash service, I have been harassed, my privacy violated to the point it has affected my right to "quite enjoyment." Staff is seen walking around my unit, writing things on their note pad and taking photos threaten me with unwarranted violations. I am suffering emotional distress, I fear for my safety because my front door doesn't lock properly and they have not fixed it. I have 5-months remaining on my lease and I am running from this place and NEVER looking back nor would I recommend living here. It's been a total nightmare, literally. I can't sleep for the disturbing upstairs noise above my bedroom, when I comp[lain, the assistance manager ask me if I have proof of the noise, I invited them to visit my unit to understand the nature of the noise but they don't care, all they care about is their new office furniture. Staff is friendly until you move in.

    One of the worse management ever, they never resolve any issues as well as maintenance, they just close them as done and never actually fix it, latest issue with rent increases, the increases are outrageous and they can't even explain what the charges are in place like that, and their billing department no one answers and they don't respond to messages or emails

    office staff never follows up, act like the problem is brand new and it takes MONTHS to resolve issues, i have had numerous leaks, my AC died, my dishwasher and disposal stopped working, my laundry room has flooded twice both times taking over 2 months to resolve, i am currently on month 4 with no laundry because they wont take responsibility and taking forever to help me with renters insurance items needed. my car was broken into and i was told not their problem, the dumpsters are always overflowing and glass everywhere. my water bill doubled this month and they are "looking " into it. if i could afford to move i would, i dont feel safe or basic items taken care of.

    I live at ********************************************************************* management team is lazy and horrible they do not care about residents or complaints from residents. I have lived her since 2020 March and they have gone thru 4 different assistant managers . Also I have complained about my next door neighbor that pounds on my bedroom wall we share for the last 8 months and I have complained multiple times to have the assistant manager to tell me its not his problem or the offices issue and I need to call ***** police instead of bothering the office with my complaint.
