After my husband passed I needed to sell my home and a friend recommended Seller’s Advantage to me who had previous experience with them. They were very kind, patient and professional. When something happens unexpectedly and you don’t know where to turn, they were there to help me through a difficult situation. They took a lot of stress on my shoulders. Great Way to sell your house quickly when needed! We needed to sell my step-fathers house quickly due to an unexpected medical emergency. We were able to close escrow in ***** days including the Christmas and New Year holidays. Everyone from the initial phone call we did to the very end all the People at Sellers Advantage and those affiliated with them were Fantastic. They kept us up to date by phone and email on every step and the mobile notary service was excellent.Yes we could have fixed up the 1989 house with paint, new carpets, cabinets and other items to bring it up to 2024 standards, but not living close to the property created a problem and the offer the Sellers Advantage gave us with in the 75% or a little more of the going prices in the neighborhood.Thank you Sellers Advantage for your ********************Review from George T

After speaking with their representatives, I wanted to report that this company is unethical and unprofessional. They are biased toward areas with potential growth due to the community demographic. They encourage buyers and investors not to invest in communities that are highly populated with Latino, Asian, and African-American residents. If they do engage in investing, they purchase the seller's house for pennies on a dollar and receive record profits. This practice is illegal, unethical, and unacceptable.

The comments in his review are not only inaccurate, but are an outright lie. Seller's Advantage does NOT have any demographic requirements or restrictions whatsoever. I ran into a few rough spots and with her assistance everything came out beautifully. I sincerely would recommend these people to work with to anybody who has asked and who will ask about my experience in the future.
