    I ordered a pair of shoes on 1/8/2025. The expected delivery date of 1/16/2025 was given. Then I was tracking my package and the current delivery service ASICS was using went out of business and my package was re-routed to ****. After numerous calls to report the package missing, the company promised emails to update me, which never occurred. I asked for a refund and they said they would contact me by email today, no response. I have checked my emails frequently and my spam and no communication from them. I am getting the run around and would like my money back and soon. I will never order from this company ever again and will not recommend to anyone.

    I ordered a pair of shoes January 8th they sent them out through *************** and *************** lost the package so asics said I had to wait 72 hours before they would replace my shoes it has been 72 hours when I called them they said I'm going to have to wait another 72 hours I said let me speak with a supervisor they said well you'll have to wait 72 hours to speak to a supervisor too I said fine then give me a refund they said well you'll have to wait 72 hours to get a refund this is ridiculous I want my money back I don't even want to deal with this company anymore because this is ridiculous they won't give me shoes they won't give me my money back nothing and I keep having to wait wait.....     I placed an order through ****** fulfilled by Asics America Corp for shoes (Asics GT 1000 women's size 9 eggplant/aquamarine color) on Dec 28, 2024. The order was never shipped, even after contacting Asics several times (through ******) They wouldn't provide me any information as to why they had not shipped my order. It showed as in stock and there was no problem with payment or anything else on my end, nor anything that ****** could see on their end when they were contacted on my behalf. Then, on Jan 6, 2025, Asics cancelled my order with no explanation and without even letting me know. When I contacted them yet again, they simply said that they cancelled my order due to "unforeseen circumstances" and still would not explain why. The shoes are still showing as in stock. This is unacceptable.

    I bought the shoe in May 2024 (Order Date - 05/14/2024) Order# ASCUS4905863. I occasionally wear the shoe and use it twice a week for walking 1-2 miles. The inside fabric near the back end on top has started ripping off. I filed a case with ASICS (Case # ********), but they refused.

    Store sold me a used pair of shoes. I was late to an engagement, and I grabed a pair of shoes to purchase without trying them on. When I got home, I noticed the shoe was a size 10, and I wear a size 9. I drove the 60 miles to return, (tags attached, with reciept) and placed them on counter stating I was returning. Not once was I asked why I was returning, but told I wore the shoes, and store would only provide me store credit, This is an outlet store, and customers have access to teh inventory. ******************** get tried on, and then put back. Floor at store is tile, and dirty, so I can only immagine this is where the soles were soiled.

    I purchased a pair of shoes from ASICS on 12/20/24. I noticed I had been overcharged $.50 and called the customer service line to fix the issue. The agent agreed I was overcharged and issued a refund request, which was granted. A refund did appear in my account on 12/22. Later, I returned the shoes for a refund and purchased another pair in store to be delivered to my home. The refund amount, however, did not include the tax paid. I called on 12/27 to fix the problem and the amount missing ($6.79) appeared the next day. Upon checking my account, however, I noticed the amount I paid in store and charged to my card was again for $.50 more than the shoes should have cost ($128.79). For a third time, I needed to call asics to fix the problem. I understand that $.50 is nothing to get upset overbut it appears asics is trying to get away with overcharging or under-refunding their customers small amounts hoping they will not notice.

    On December 21, 2024, I noticed a promotion on the Asics official website advertising: "Gift Card Bonus[:] For a limited time, get $125 in value when you buy a $100 gift card." I clicked the promotion link and purchased a $100 gift card, expecting to receive $125 in value as stated. However, the gift card I received was only valued at $100, and Asics failed to honor the advertised promotion.I contacted their customer service via phone *************) and email to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the phone representative was unhelpful and dismissive, and I never received a response to my email inquiry. Had I known the promotion would not be honored, I would not have purchased the gift card.I request that Asics promptly correct this issue by providing the $25 bonus value as promised and addressing the poor customer service experience. I look forward to a resolution.

    I ordered a pair of shoes with this company and the package is marked delivered but I have not received anything. I have contacted the business and they are being very rude and disrespectful. They keep giving me the run around about giving me a refund. I will never do business with this company again!

    Hello, I received a pair of Asics GT 1000 11 mesh running shoes as a gift from my wife. A tear on my right foot near the toe started to appear and became bigger over time. A tear is now visible where I once thought it was a part of the pattern. In dealing with Asics customer service (Kaleb), I was informed that a receipt was needed for the warranty. I explained that I do not have a receipt, but I do have the original box. After multiple conversations with *****, I was led to believe that I could request an exception to the warranty policy based on the fact that these shoes were rarely worn (sent in multiple pictures to showcase tread and overall condition of shoes - new condition except for the tear on right foot). I believe this to be a manufacturing defect. Despite the fact that these shoes were primarily used for walking, the hole/tear got bigger over time. I also provided pictures of my **** shoes that I have had for ~4 years for comparison (also only used for walking). These shoes have no tears anywhere. After all this, ***** denied my request. I was not able to escalate any further. In researching this issue, I found that there have been many customer complaints regarding ******************** quality, so I decided to file this compliant to ensure this issue is looked into further.Thank You
