This is a fraud company!!!! When I initially hired your firm, I was informed that I owed $12,576 in state taxes and $500 in federal taxes. The primary reason for hiring your services was to address and potentially reduce my state tax liability. However, during a recent conversation with *******, I was informed that the firm is only handling my federal tax issue, which amounts to $500. This is contrary to the agreement we had, wherein I paid $2,000 plus for your professional services with the expectation that you would assist in reducing my state tax liability.I find it unreasonable and illogical to pay $2,000 for assistance with a $500 federal tax issue, especially when my primary concern was the substantial state tax amount. Moreover, despite numerous attempts to contact you via calls, texts, and emails over the past month, I have received no response or clarification regarding this matter. This lack of communication and transparency is deeply troubling and unprofessional.Given these circumstances, I am requesting an immediate refund of the $2,000 paid to your firm, as it is evident that the services rendered do not align with the terms of our agreement. Additionally, I must express my disappointment and concern regarding the possibility of discriminatory practices based on my race. I sincerely hope this is not the case, but the lack of response and the handling of my case raise significant concerns.Please be advised that I have documented all communications and recorded our calls as evidence of our agreements and your commitments. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, including the full refund of my payment, to avoid further actions.
