    I have been selling health and beauty products to these guys and after they received my first order they said there was something wrong with some of the items and That I needed to deduct 220 from my invoice. I did not agree but needed the money quickly so just did it. Second order they say the same thing and to deduct 140 from the invoice. Again I don't agree but needed the money so do it anyway. Third order same thing deduct 40 from the total. Before I send the 4th order out I take pictures of every possible angles of the items before shipping. They receive the order and tell me again something is wrong with some of the items and to deduct 75 off total. I send them my pictures that I took and say that's impossible. They replay and say your right our fault your order got mixed up with someone else's were going to pay you the full amount. Wish I would have taken pictures for all of my orders. Last week I get an email from one of te owners saying thy will buy items in any quantities. I then ship them $375 worth of products and when they receive it they tel me that they do not accept any orders below ****************************** $100 to process my order. I reply with a copy of the email stating they would buy at any quantity and I a told That any meant ****plus units. Never have I been told that any means **** plus. These guys are rip off artists and take advantage of smaller companies that need fast turnaround on their money. They lie about things being wrong with items that you sent so thy don't have to pay full price. They need to be stopped and held accountable for their actions

    why will the order not be accepted when an email was sent stating that any quantity of items would be purchased. Then after the fact I a told that that any meant **** plus units. Never in my life have I bee told that any only means **** plus. I will file in Small claims court then. I am right here and will not back down

    This first started off with orders that I had sent them of health and beauty products. On the first three orders they told me that there was something wrong with some of the items and it was going to take down my total by 240, 150 and 55 dollars respectively. I knew the claims were not true but I needed the money so badly I just went with it. On my fourth order I decided to really cover my bases so I took pictures of every item from every side possible. Like clockwork they recieve the package and tell me that some items were not up to par with their standards and missing security tags. I then reply and tell them that is impossible and attach the photos I took. The reply and say we're so sorry your right your items were good some items got mixed in with yours from another order. I couldn't believe it I finally busted them. Well earlier this week I get an email from one of the owners saying we will buy any quantity of items that you have on our buying list. I proceed to send them 375 dollars worth of product and they get it and say we only take orders of **** or more and if you want this order processed it is goin to cost you $100. I then write them and attach the email saying they would buy any quantity. I am then told well what we really meant by any quantity is **** plus items so sorry your out of luck were not paying you without taking $100 for processing. Are you kidding me any to me means 1 to infinity and aything in-between. I have never heard any mean **** plus to anyone. Also it does not state anywhere on anything they own or pass out that there is $100 processing fee for orders under ****. I am sick and tired of getting ripped off by this company. I hate that I have needed the money so bad and couldn't fight this earlier but I have had enough. Something needs to be done them

    ******************************* was a vendor who sold products to our company.

    Since we are paying them for products, we are the customer.

    They shipped us products without us knowing, which broke multiple company guidelines (i.e. not sending an invoice for approval before shipping products and not meeting the minimum order requirement) and we refused to accept the order.

    We are asking that they send us a label so we can return the products to them.

    By law, we are not required to pay for something that someone sends us without us knowing.
