I opened an account for an ****************************************************************** Card. I used it just a few times, and decided it was not for me. I couldnt afford the continuous monthly fee, and once you used the card the amount was debited from my account within 48 hours unlike a traditional credit card. The problem arose when I purchased an item from ******. The money was taken from my checking account almost immediately to cover the purchase. I ultimately ended up returning the item to ****** due to the fit. When ****** refunded the money it was put on the Atlas card a showed as a credit of $*****. I requested to close my Atlas account about 2 weeks thereafter and requested that $***** be refunded to me as well as the $10.00 in my deposit account. They closed my account and only initiated a refund of the $10.00. I need my money back. I have neither my money or product as I returned it to ******. I have no way to contact them through the chat as my access was removed right away. I just need my money returned. Im not whole, and they retained my *****. Please help.Business response

Atlas company advertising offered a "credit card" for rebuilding credit for 1000 dollar limit Upon being accepted it was not a credit card at all but an app that charges 8.99 per month and the only available funds were *****. I had the account for less than 5 minutes and it was like pulling teeth to close it. They threatened my credit report and demanded funds for "using" the services which I did notBusiness response

Hi ****** we rechecked our records and no fee has been debited from your bank account. Your account was opened on Jan 25th, 2025 and closed on Jan 26th, 2025. Since there was no fees paid, no credit reporting has been done on your account. I hope this addresses your concern. I got an email from this company saying my card was activated and ready to use. I never even opened an account with them before. Now it's reporting on my credit reports. I don't use this company's credit card and I never received one in the mail.Business response

I have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to reach out to this company. They charged 8.99 that i did not authorize and *** sent many emails to close this fraudulent account. All I get is a bot response and have no choice but to contact legal help!Business response

I have been trying to cancel my "membership" with this company since March, you cannot reach a real person and no one replies to emails. They continue to take money out of my account, I reached out again today because they took money out of my account AGAIN and got a generic canned response telling me how great the membership benefits are, as they can see i haven't used the account but they refuse to cancel and refund it and just keep taking money out. I want this account canceled and the charges refunded. And to everyone else beware: This is a scam site with no real way to reach a customer service agent. I will be copying and pasting this review everywhere I possibly can.Business response

Atlas credit card, I signed up, but never used, never received a card or anything, and Ive been restricted from the account from day one because they wanted me to send a pic of my drivers license which I found really shady. Ive asked them repeatedly to close my account, and they keep refusing saying it wont close until the transaction theyve pushed through (which my bank has blocked by my request) goes through. I refuse to pay them for services *** never received and they keep trying to delay closing my account. This company is incredibly shady.Business response

I never used this credit card, so I deleted the app. So I'm not understanding why they are taking membership fees. I sent their help support an email, that their charge is UNAUTHORIZED. They charged me anyway! They have been charging me for 2 days!!!Business response

This finicial institution is terrible . There is no live person u can speak to over phone . Then when u write the company it takes hours to get some one to reach back out the representatives are always giving out wrong information like they are poorly trained or dont even look over the information u are askin them about . They dont care . I had a direct deposit go into the account of 537. My account the night before I only owed 39 dollars . Woke up now owing 519 after a direct deposit with no new charges. I write the representative she tells me its because of two old pending charges that dnt add up to the amount owed and that was already calculated in the charges before they went up to 519 was responsible which made no sense . The two charges was on there and deducted from the balance already . And had nothing to do with the new balance ! There was a obvious glitch or something wrong with there system and instead of sending me to a tech person or fixing it they took no accountabilityBusiness response

I opened an Atlas account in November and closed it within a couple days after. I never used a line of credit, nor did I use it at all. I noticed on 1/8/25 that a transaction was taken from my account by ********************** and upon looking back they had also taken another transaction in December as well. I reached out to them and provided them with proof of the transactions with the dates and proof of my account being closed with the date and they have given me nothing but the run around. I uploaded all my proof below for review. All I want is a refund and for my bank info to be deleted from their data base so this doesn't happen again.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I have clearly provided proof that Atlas was the one that withdrew money from my account without my permission and after my account was closed. Just because Atlas "can't" find it in their records does not mean it did not happen and that is an internal issue that maybe Atlas needs to investigate. Regardless, the proof I provided says otherwise. Atlas should refund my money and make it right, it is not my banks job to fix whatever is broken on Atlas's end.
