    WE purchased a 75 lb commercial washer from 123 laundry solutions and was given a 30 day warranty on parts to start upon delivery. We received the washer on 02/22/2024. On 03/22/2024 the extractor motor quit working. I called 123 laundry and talked to a man named **** the first thing he told me was that he doesn't have another motor, I then said that doesn't matter because I have a written warranty that says that all parts are covered. He then says that our warranty was expired. It was not, again I have it in writing. I asked how he would since he didn't even check. His response was ( you guys are difficult to work with) i'm going to have someone else call and talk to you. It's been over a week now but I still haven't heard from anyone yet. .

    Item ordered from their **** store, they also have amazon etc.Item number ************ order number ************** title "Dryer Coin Drop Airpax Series 200 25 10 With Shadow For ADC Used"total amount $106.59 Refused to respond to 2 faulty parts sent to me. Instantly blocked me and stuck me with over $100 in faulty parts. I sent photos if issues to seller. I ordered 2 coin mechs and at first only noticed a missing s**** an post that mounts the coin mech to the body and the dime half was blocked and could not work. They refunded $10 out of $105. I epoxied the missing post and after installing noticed that the coin ejector was broken. So I pulled out the second coin mech and immediately noted that the dime slug rejection weight was on the quarter half and no weight on the dime, it also had the dime slot glued over. I mentioned that I could build one out of both and would appreciate if he could refund full for one with a return. I also gave the option for a full return. I was trying to save the seller money and get my clients machine working. He never responded! He instantly blocked me. I have bought many items over the last 3 years as I service a laundry chain.
