    I ordered a Edo Kiriko Spin Glass on October 31. The only communication from this business was that my order was confirmed and they would email when the product has shipped. I have sent an email and message through Instagram with no response on their end.

    I Ordered from www.hiphousecollective.com On November 6, 2023. I ordered four glasses from their website. *** tried several times to contact them with no reply to any of my correspondences or phone calls. My credit card has been charged $116.86The website says you can get a refund as long as it has not been shipped. It has not been shipped. I have received no correspondence from them. Obviously, this company is a scam just taking peoples money.

    I placed my order for a set of glasses on October 25th. It is now November 22nd and I have not received them. I reached out to the company in every way possible to find out when I would get tracking information about. Email, their website, social media pages were all to no avail for weeks. Finally weeks later they responded saying they were having some kind of problem with the company that was supplying them ******* to make the glasses, but they said that my order should be shipped that day. I still wasn't given any shipping details.That email response was on November 6th. I still have not received my order. I've contacted them several times about shipping only to be ignored. There is no direct number to reach this company. My biggest problem isn't the delay. It's the willful lack of communication at this point. They somehow neglect to provide me with any information regarding a shipped package every time I ask about it. However, they didn't hesitate to draft that money out of my account the day I placed that order. Im beginning to feel as if I have been scammed. This is no way to do business. At least they should acknowledge my questions about shipping. Even if they weren't able to ship the product they should at the very least communicate with me about it.

    Orders Order #**** Confirmed November 11 On 11/11/23, I purchased 2 gold-rimmed whiskey glasses from Hip House Collective-the information above is my order number and proof of confirmation. To date I have not received any updates, shipping or tracking information regarding my purchase. I have reached out to the company three times so far, including a call to the phone number they provide which is also provided here on the BBB website. I had to leave a voicemail, but the phone number is NOT set up to a business but is actually a personal phone number. I ordered the glasses as a gift to a friend and would like to receive them, but what kind of business does not keep its customers informed regarding their purchases? I would like to hear back from a customer service representative for the company with regard to a timeline so that I can know when I should expect my purchase to be delivered, or a full refund.
