    I paid for an annual magazine subscription and have received no issues. Follow-up from customer service has not been helpful

    I never subscribed to ****************. And canceled food and wine. I tried to contact ************* and was unable to get on the website without creating an account and the phone number does not give you an option to talk to anyone nor go through prompts.Some how they have me on auto pay for the magazines. I did not authorize this.

    I paid for a PC Magazine 1yr printed subscription back at the end of last year. Only got 1 printed subscription mailed in late March. Today my husband received a notification that they will no longer be doing printed subscription and if we wanted a refund to reach out to them by 4/30/23. We are now in 5/19/23. Exactly how is this fair??? Paid for a 1 subscription to get 1 printed copy and that's it.

    I had a year subscription to *************** for $146.61. I decided to not renew a full year but only a half year so I went to my account and turned off auto renew. This effectively cancels the renewal and subscription. I then ordered a 6 month subscription for $50.00. My new subscription was set to start march 23rd but by april I had not received any issues. i checked my checking account and they had taken out both subscriptions. Apparently I did not cancel the old one in time. I called them, explained the situation and the man said he would cancel the old one. Instead he cancelled the $50 one and not the $146 one. I have been back and forth with these people to refund my $146 but they keep saying it was refunded. No it wasn't. The $50 one was refunded and now they are no longer answering my emails. I just want my money back for a subscription I am not getting. The order ID for this is Order *************. Attached is the first email response. Every time I email them about it I get the same response but they cancelled the wrong subscription

    Magazines.com keeps sending me e-mail solicitations. Every attempt I make to request to unsubscribe does not work. Their button to "unsubscribe" brings you to a page asking lots of questions. I don't want to answer them. Most sites just have you click "unsubscribe" and you are done. I thought they were not allowed to make it hard. Their online chat keeps stating "can you repeat that". Their customer service phone # is all automated and has no option to unsubscribe. I tried pressing different numbers but none provide anything and then it disconnects the call. In addition to the e-mails, they send me free magazines I never asked for and I don't want them. Anything you can do to have them unsubscribe me is appreciated.
