            Regret buying the steering wheel set up. We purchased a steering in October 2023 and had a part broke. We do not use it often so we know it was just a defective part. January we emailed and it took 2 weeks before they responded. Then it took another 3 weeks just to get an answer about getting a shipping label to send it back to get fixed the received our steering with at the beginning of March did not get an up date for 2 weeks was told we will receive a msg saying we replaced it with a tested mint product. Got that product back and r3 button missing and looks like someone was eating Cheetos while testing it or playing. Here we are week 4 of no response after sending msg since the day we got it back. No response and dont know what else to do now.

            Just like all the other reviews say here, do not trust them with your money. Paid for products in November, still waiting on the rest of my order.They stopped responding to support emails. They don't answer their phone. They don't respond to voicemails. They reply to reviews saying to contact them on ********* . . then they don't respond there either.There's a word we use for companies who take your ******************'t send you the product then ignore you. The word is SCAM.DO. NOT. TRUST. THEM. WITH. YOUR. MONEY.

            Wish I never purchased a single item from this company. I'm a DD+ pre order customer in the same situation as everyone else. My date keeps getting pushed 1/19 to 2/28 and now 3/8. I could care less that it gets pushed back but lying and deceiving your customers is wrong. And this started at day 1 selling an item **** had not given a green light to. Also the items that have shown up 2 months ago are already loosing days to the warranty but can't even be used.

            I have had multiple items fail. Ive had 3 sets of Clubsport V3 pedals, a DD Pro and Clubsport shifter fail. Recently my newest Fanatec wheel base failed just outside of its 1 year warranty period. I went online to purchase a replacement. The replacement base was showing ready to ship so I placed the order and paid an additional $50 for expedited shipping. A week later, I still had not received any shipping notifications. I went to my account to check the status and it had not changed. The item however was showing back ordered until 3/8. Fanatec has not responded to any requests for a cancellation or refund. They have $1300 of mine and are continuing to take peoples money with no ability or intention of fulfilling orders. They dont seem to have issues getting their products into the hands of influencers and ******* personalities for paid reviews. But when paying customers place an order, they are all too happy to take their money and keep it tied up indefinitely without actually delivering any products. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

            I never thought that I would have to file a complaint against a company, but here I am. I made a purchase from their website based on the information that the item was in stock and ready to be shipped, with no indication of any delays. It's been several weeks now, and my order has not moved an inch. I found out from forums that I'm not the only one who has been cheated by this company. Last year was exactly the same situation.

            This company does not care about its customers. Have emailed them multiple times asking where is my order and have never received a response. I am still waiting for my Nov order which is about to be 3 months. This company should be sued for false advertising.

            Ripped me off and lied about what they had in stock. They took 7 weeks to email me back about the problem and their return policy is only 14 days so now I'm stuck with a shifter and table clamp I will never use. I waited 6 years to make the leap and got burnt. Buyer beware!!!!

            I've never written a review on the BBB, or usually any website at all but this company has driven me to do that. Placed my order before their "inventory dates," which start on the 4th of January to the 10th. For reference I placed my order in December. After over 5 days of no hearing back, they finally replied to my ticket telling me I would have to wait until after inventory. After spending $900, this is ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase another Fanatec product again.
