Do not order anything from Decide on Love. I ordered 3 bras at the end of 2022. I followed the tracking number and apparently, the order made it to the ********** ***, ********* at the end of January 2023 and sat there for weeks. It did not make sense for the order to sit there for so long after making it to ********* in only 3 weeks or so. I kept emailing them and they fobbed me off asking me to be patient. In the end, I told them I had reported them to the ************************* to force them into action, either give me the order or refund me. They eventually refunded me, but I lost money from $US to $AUD in the exchange. If I hadn't threatened them with the police, I doubt they would have refunded me.Review from Melanie C

Joke of a company. Remembering everythings made in ***** and runs small. I ordered a size larger to compensate. Ha ha. Still doesnt fit. They will not take a return locally. You. ********* ship it to *****. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. There were. O bra cups, just flat. DO NOT order from this company!!!!! I measured by how they said on their website and the bras are WAY to small. I ordered 3 bras and they only want to refund me $3.00. When I said NO, I want a full refund, they offered me $7.00 and said they would have to be returned to *****. It was my understanding that they were coming from the **. Their contact info is in CA. I've told them I want a full refund and then I will send them to the CA address. This company is a scam and false advertising, wish I could give them -5 stars.Review from Sharon O.

Bras were way to small,for what the ad said Was going to return, which my order was 43$ & they only offered me $6.00 refund Poor business, false advertising I will give them a minus100 yes negative 100!!! U have to leave a STAR but believe me it ISN'T a ONEReview from Hilda S

Takes months to get merchandise, (bras in my order). False advertising and no returns only if you want to mail it oversees per their own words "which would be very expensive". I paid $43.00 on the merchandise and was offered $2.00 refund, I then declined and was offered $3.00, but the company felt that was all they could do. Why is this company still in business? Something more needs to be done! I was unable to leave a negative star, thus the one star.
