    1. No Air-conditioning in any of the three large buildings of this business in 122 degree weather. 2. All three buildings of this business do not have fire exits, there is narrow walk ways filled to the ceiling where you have to push through debris stacked on top of each other, its a tripping hazzard, and hording over flowing with sharp dangerous debris throughout these three buildings.3. Sole employee "*****" works for free, she admitted the "Boss, *******" and her keep all the gold, silver, diamonds and anything of high value that's donated to the business for them selves. It was at this point ***** threatened my mother to not say a word about what she had just admitted and hit my mom by pushing her, then pointed and touched my mom in the chest as she again yelled at my mom to keep quiet or else! That my mom better not call the "Boss *******".4. ***** employee refused to give any Receipts for any cash purchases. Only for card payments are receipts given. And I was not given a receipt for a cash purchase of $12 dollars. ***** also said she was changing the price she had quoted two minutes prior to check out since she felt we deserved to pay more money.

I am rejecting this response because:
1.) I paid cash, and was given no receipt for my purchase.

2.) Three people were a witness to all this corruption going on in the Foss stores. Including one employee.

3.) A Welfare check on the store should be made, and the women who was aggressive shouldn't be the only person tending the store as a volunteer. At all times there should be a supervisor or manager specially if mentally disabled volunteers are working there.

4.) There has never been an Air-conditioned room in any of the three rooms, as i have visited throughout the yeear multiple times. Very dangerous to step inside these three stores, with the piles of debris up to the ceilings.

5.) I will continue to discuss this with the city, code inforcement, calOSHA and an attorney.

    Sincerely CC
