            I ordered a product on August 7th and have not received it. It's for Halloween and we are now 30 days out of the holiday and i haven't received a shipping confirmation. I've only received an email from customer service stating to be patient because their warehouse is backed up. That's after I asked for an update, they weren't going to tell me anything. I've asked for a refund and was denied a refund and still have no product.

            I placed an order with this company on February 4 for a $159 membership/subscription. Part of that included an order for an additional $99 that supposedly shipped February 17. No tracking information exists and nothing has arrived. I've reached out numerous times to the company and have been told they'll be in touch, but no resolution has been provided. No refunds have been issued despite repeated requests on my part. I just want my money back in full, including shipping, and to be done with this company.
