    Apparently not an uncommon issue, trying to return a defective product and cannot get the company to respond to me for over a month now. Left a review on their site to which they responded they would reach out and have yet to hear from them two weeks later. They have no problem sending me tons of marketing emails though.

    I have tried and tried to reach them through email (since its the only way to contact them) about returning my order. They will not respond to my email but they send me advertising emails for their products. I need to send back my order but they wont tell me what to do or how to get the return label so Im stuck. Terrible customer service.

    Were very sorry to hear the customer had a negative experience and that they experienced difficulties getting in touch with our customer support team.We took a look into this and we can see that our customer contacted us on 30 November for the first time and one of our team members provided a response and our Return Policy, on 1st of December. We're terribly sorry if the customer did not receive our message. In these situations, we would suggest checking junk/spam inbox.After reviewing this further, we can see that our customer reached back on 20 December and our customer support team confirmed that their order is still within our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and that we would be happy to accept the return of their product and provide a full refund if they return the item following our guidelines.Our team members will continue monitoring the most recent conversation with our customer and provide further assistance if they reach back out to us. Once again, were sorry that the experience has been unpleasant for our customer and we forwarded this to our team so we can continuously work on improving the overall user experience for everyone.

    Outrageous scam. I bought directly from the Meridian website. 6 months later the device is useless they do not honor a warranty. It cuts my skin, leaves razor bumps, leaves hair behind. Its a 10 dollar trimmer with a large advertising budget. A single plastic replacement blade is 30 dollars when the device cost 55. Do not make the mistake I made by purchasing these device

For a smooth glide, the Trimmer should be angled so that the blade is parallel to the skin. If held directly perpendicular to the skin where the blade edge points towards it, it may result in cuts.     I purchased a trimmer from Meridian Grooming on September 5th and have yet to recieve it a month later. I've checked the tracking number multiple times to which it says it's en route but has stayed that way since day 2 of purchasing. It's impossible to find their contact info on their website --- I keep going in circles through various support articles that lead nowhere. At this point I've chalked it up to a lost 71 dollars and major disappointment. After searching other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one to experience this... very frustrated.

    We apologize for the delayed response and we're very sorry to hear the customer had a negative experience and that theyve waited longer than provided estimated shipping timeframe to receive their order.After looking into this we can see that unfortunately, the courier has lost their original order. As soon as our customer reached out to our customer support team directly via email on October 2, 2022, they processed a free replacement order that is marked as "delivered".This isnt definitely the standard we wish to uphold and we understand any frustration they've experienced as a result of this. We will continue working on improving our system for our customer's convenience. Please know that certain things are beyond our control when it comes to logistics, but we're also looking into finding ways to work around it.Once again, were honestly sorry that the experience has been unpleasant for our customer and we forwarded this to our team so we can continuously work on improving the overall user experience for everyone.
