    I have been receiving a 35 dollar charge every 15th of the month since November 2023. I have never heard of this company nor authorized any transactions. I have called to try and get this situated but they do not answer there phones, I waited on the system saying I was the first in line but then they never actually answer to discuss this issue.

    We were in communication with client 11/15 where we provided the client the copy of her agreement with us laying out the benefits of service we offer. We did cancel the client per client's request and issued a refund to the client.

    We have attempted to make contact with ******, but unable to leave a voicemail due to his full mailbox.
    We emailed him regarding what service he enrolled in with us and placed the account on hold until we hear back from him to proceed.

    Hello ******,

    This is **** responding back to your BBB complaint about the withdrawal from your account. Please give us a call when you can, we can answer any questions you may have. We are related to your debt management program that you consolidated your credit cards. The two drafts equal the payment that was quoted to you when you enrolled. We have placed your account on hold until we speak with you regarding this. We issued a $30 refund in the meantime.

    Money has been coming out of my account for months and I have no idea who the company is or why? I don't recall giving them my information or permission to take out money every month.

    On May 16, 2023, $10.00 was charged to my bank account from **********************. I have no idea who this company is or what this charge is for. I checked my email and voice-mail, and I have received no notifications from this company.

    We have spoken with the client and explained the services we offer and his enrollment into them, he has declined to continue to use services moving forward, and we have issued a refund of his draft per his request he plans to complete the program sooner where he will not need our services as intended.

    I have never heard of this company in my life and they stole $10 from my account. I have not authorized this transfer, I have no idea who they are.

    The BBB complaint was filed by the wife of the client. Her husband just completed the debt program and the draft was taken out before the account was closed. Client is being refunded and will reply back to the BBB as satisfied.

    Our Rep responded as follows:

    On 2022-06-15 11:51:00 **** wrote:Hello *********,I just tried calling you but was not able to leave a voicemail due to it being full. I was reaching out regarding a notification we got from the BBB about unauthorized drafts. We wanted to inform you this draft is in connection with your *************** Plan with ************ who is servicing your three credit cards. This is the benefits portion of the full monthly draft that comes out separately but should be coming out back to back with your program payment and both payments should equal the amount told to you by ************.Please call me if you do have any questions and ask for ****. I hope I was able to address your concern.Thank you,

    We are processing a refund for the $20.00.
