    On June 26, 2024 I paid VEQ $1,995 for a digital dental sensor. The sensor arrived and did not work. I spent hours attempting to trouble shoot the issues with "tech support" who was unable to correct the problem. I had to cancel several appointments that this equipment was for due to not having working equipment. I was sent a return label and promised a refund. I have attached the return label. I have many text messages promising a refund and many email messages that refer to the refund. On Friday October 11th, I was promised that the check would be delivered by the end of the following week. I still have no check. I have been very patient and polite but my patience has run out. I considered buying other equipment from the same company, and they were going to take the amount of my check off of another item, but I decided against it given the bad experience I have had with them. I am hoping to resolve this without taking costly legal action.

    I ordered and paid for a surgical light from ************************* of VEQ on August 1, 2023. the receipt stated that delivery would be in 3-4 weeks. We did not receive the light within this time period. I contacted ******************, who said he would check with his supplier to see what the hold up was. I never heard back. Finally on Oct 2, 2023, I sent a notice to him that I was ready to receive a refund or I would file a complaint with his local BBB and the **** since this isa *********** over state lines. He sent a picture of a check made out to me for the refund amount and said he was sending it via **** This was two weeks ago. WE have not received it. I had requested a cashiers check sent via ******

    I ordered an ultrasound machine with 2 specific probes and other accessories. It was paid for on 2/10/22. Delivery was expected at the end of March, but ultrasound finally showed up middle of April and didn't have the correct probes and other accessories promised. VEQ-***** ****** was contacted the day it arrived and said he would make it right by sending the correct probes and other promised equipment. I have reached out multiple times by text/email and phone call and the last contact that he responded to was 5/13/22 with a response "that he had no excuse and he would get the probes to me" I haven't seen anything or heard anything from him since even though I have tried multiple ways. I would just like to send the machine back and get my money back. I made a dispute with my credit card company to no avail. The current machine is in fact an ultrasound but not the one ordered and not one that will work for my purposes as a business. ******* ****** DVM ****** **** ****** ****** ******* ***
