On 7/15/22 brought in daughters Jeep for coolant leak. Was diagnosed as water pump, then radiator as well. Paid in full end of day. Next day while driving Jeep she was stranded on highway so to substandard work causing transmission lines to disconnect from new radiator. After towing to normal shop we use there it was determined they did not correctly install new radiator. I called manager as soon as she broke down, he did agree to discuss paying for secondary repairs. Repairs were completed 7/22/22, we went to brake masters with the receipt. The person in charge was very rude. Said he couldnt make decisions and accysed us of lying. Had to call in when manager there on Tuesday. He spoke up owner who, I was told, didnt want to pay for repairs but manager said they worked cover. I asked for discount on labor for initial repair as we were out 4 days of cat, hotel for the night and still need to steam clean car. Manager was unwilling to help

************************ brought his vehicle in for services for his water pump and radiator on 7/15/22 to our shop.  ***** services were performed, ******************** contacted the shop the next day stating that there was something wrong, so we asked him to bring back the vehicle so we would find out what the problem was and correct it. However, ******************** elected to take the vehicle elsewhere, and we advised him that if the repair was due to our services, we would reimburse him for the services.  Upon inspection, they found the lower transmission hose clamps were bad so the other shop replaced the hose and clamps for the amount of $530. ******************** and his spouse came in to the shop the following Saturday and requested not only the other shop repair reimbursement of $530 plus a complete refund of the radiator, water pump and fluids replaced which we had agreed to only reimburse the cost of the repairs of the other shop. The vehicle was repaired approximately 3 or so miles from ************************ home.  I am willing to reimburse the $530 for the other's shop's repairs. However, the radiator and water pump is working good with no issues so I do not think he is being fair. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at ************.

    Sincerely,
