    I placed an order with Sizzix on 2/5/2024. After placing the order, with the order verification email it states that shipping should be in 3-5 days, but could take up to 7-10 days during sales. This order was placed at the onset of the sale online. The order still has not shipped and is outside of even the outer limits of shipping times claimed by Sizzix. Sizzix does not have anyone that will answer **************** phone calls in real timeor customer service emails in real time (up to 5 days for a response). It is the responsibility of Sizzix to notify customer if orders are going to be late as Sizzix places Holds on the money for orders with no intention of meeting shipping/delivery times. Sizzix will also cancel parts of orders and not adjust shipping costs accordingly even after claims are made to Sizzix ****************.

    I purchased a Sizzix electric die cutting machine last May. I have hardly used it. When I do use it, it has only cut a few due cuts before it stops working. I contacted the company through its website contact us and asked for a phone call as I do not like texting and dont have a computer with internet capability. I was told to take a video of the problem. I explained I live alone and dont know how to take a video while trying to operate the machine. I asked if there was some other way. Could they call me and I could talk through what was happening. They could also send me a box for me to send it back to them. No response. The contact phone number only refers one to the contact us on their website. I cannot even reach a person to speak about this. The only response I received was they must have a video ti send ti their warranty department. I rated the response negatively and indicated there had to be some other way to resolve this for non technical persons like me. The fact that. I cant even reach a person to actually speak to is terrible

    I ordered three accessories for the Sizzix Big Shot Switch Plus b/c it was not clear that those accessories were included with the Switch machine. When I discovered they were included, the day after my order was placed, I tried to cancel the order but have been unable to contact the company. Their phone number just has a recording that directs you to their website to submit a "contact form". My order was in a "processing" status so I tried to contact PayPal (& the credit card company attached to my PayPal account) to suspend payment but was told I am not able to do anything until the order is processed, at which time I can dispute the charge. Today, Sizzix shipped the order that I tried to cancel FIVE DAYS AGO!! This all could have been avoided if Sizzix had a valid customer service option, like a phone number that goes to an actual person, or a way to cancel an order prior to shipping on their website. I am extremely upset b/c I knew 5 days ago I did not need these items & tried to cancel the order but now that its been shipped, Sizzix will likely make me responsible to pay for the shipping to return the items plus a restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible company.

    Placed an order on 11/23/2022, it is now 12/06/2022. Website says orders shipped in 5-7 days. Received notification order received. Payment applied. Submitted online customer service inquiry for status of order starting 12/01/2022. Have since placed 5 more inquiries as to status of my order. No response. Tried to call, unable to speak with anyone or leave a message. Receive recorded message to submit online form for customer ************** disconnects. Tried to call parent company, same thing, cannot talk to anyone, cannot leave a message, line disconnects. Order has not been received.
