    I am a victim of domestic violence live on stream under the username futamakis_room on the website Chaturbate.com. Because of this, Chaturbate banned my account. This is a platform that I have used to build a community and its not right that I did not violate any terms or conditions. Ive paid the company thousands of dollars from my performances and cant get any contact back from the company regarding my account status.

    Charges were made and used on my account without my authorization and direct knowledge. My accounts and social security number were breached in one of multiple company leaks due to this my Chaturbate account was hacked, well that's what I assumed since I hadn't made the charges! This is purely about a refund for unauthorized charges. They did their investigation and explained that my account was legitimately charged and authorized by me no refund to explanation. I explained again it hadn't come from me. The gentlemen mentioned he would be glad to send the reports to a bank or police station. I said great but I can do that, send them to me I'll take em in and my lawyer can make copies and get in touch if he needs something else.I have yet to receive those reports and am not sure if I have to put in a request for information or if I have to go thru a state run agency to get them information. Please help me obtain records of my so called legitimate account or some semblance of an apology refund. Thanks again

    Hello, I have been working on the Chaturbate platform for 7 8 years , on the account (bush_woman) on 13.11.2024 Chaturbate blocked my account I received no warning just a message that appeared on the screen We have reasoning to believe that you may have raped our terms of service., I still tried to send an email I posted on form (**********) where is a representative of Chaturbate and still told me that I received a ticket and can not help me ( , considering that I did not receive any email until finally I received an email where I was told why I received the banner on 22.11.2024 for violating their terms and reply to email to lift my suspension , I replied to the email but the account is still suspended and no money I received already had the money transferred after the account but they made me stop (1700) dollars , can you help me ?Thanks

    I received an email from them stating that my account had been accessed by someone in ********* and it had 2 options to click, either yes it was me, or no it was not me. It wasnt me so I clicked no it was not me. A few days later when I tried to log in it would not accept my password. So I asked to reset it through their reset option. It said that they sent a reset email to my email account ****************** but they didnt. I checked spam and trash folders also as well as inbox. I tried several times and never got a password reset email. I contacted them through their chaturbate website customer service and reported the issue and never received anything back. Ive spent more than $2,500 on this account only for them to cut off my access to it. I want this fixed immediately and want access back to my account. If someone has hacked my account, Im willing to provide whatever proof they need to verify that it is indeed MY account.

    Subject: Complaint Regarding Account Ban and Fund Confiscation Request for Resolution Dear BBB,I am filing a formal complaint regarding Chaturbate's actions that have affected my account and ******** account Simply_Rhea was registered in August 2024. On November 15, I requested my first payout, using another persons Paxum account because mine was under verification, which I understood was allowed.On November 18, I was asked to provide documents verifying the recipient's identity and age, which I submitted immediately. However, on November 19, I was informed that the recipients Paxum account had been permanently banned. I was told to update the recipients details, but the link provided was not accessible due to technical issues. I reported this to Chaturbate support.After my Paxum account was verified, I contacted Chaturbate to assist with updating the payment details. My messages were ignored, and my account remained restricted. On November 26, I received a notification that my account had been permanently banned, and my funds were confiscated. The reason stated was that someone previously banned might have accessed my account, which is falseI am the only one with access.Chaturbate cites a vague notification for the confiscation, but their explanation is unclear. Despite multiple requests to resolve the issue, Chaturbate has not addressed my claims. Their refusal to communicate or resolve the issue has caused considerable financial loss, emotional distress, and uncertainty in my ability to continue using the platform.I am requesting:1. A refund or transfer of my funds (over $200) to my verified Paxum account.2. An appeal form and fair review of my case to restore my account and payment **************************** lack of communication, transparency, and support has caused financial hardship and significant stress. I am requesting BBB's assistance to resolve this matter fairly, as I believe the companys actions are unfair and harmful.

    On October 5, 2024,during the process of restoring access to one of my accounts on the ******************** platform, I discovered an account under the name "your_angel_98," which was blocked. I did not remember creating this account and assumed it was mistakenly associated with my email address.Since Chaturbate blocks all accounts associated with a users name if one account is banned, I did not anticipate that this could cause any issues. At the time I contacted support, all my other active accounts were functioning correctly, with no violation notifications, including the account created in 2017.I reached out to Chaturbates support team requesting the deletion of the "your_angel_98" account and its disassociation from my email, as I considered it a mistake. However, on October 14, 2024, I received a notification stating that my primary account had been permanently banned allegedly due to fraudulent ************ attempts to halt the deletion process and file an appeal were ignored, even though in each message I affirmed the authenticity of my documents and expressed my willingness to provide them again.I also attempted to contact the company directly to receive a clear explanation, but the company responded only to state that their decision was final and that they would no longer respond to my inquiries.Chaturbates support team has completely ignored my requests, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and stress, without the opportunity to defend my rights. I am also unable to access frozen funds on the platform, preventing me from managing my earned money more$4000.Demands:1.A proper explanation of the reasons for the ban, including information on which document was marked as fraudulent and the grounds for this decision.2.Provision of an appeal procedure and the opportunity to challenge the company's decision.3.Restoration of access to my funds on the account or their ************************** return.I hope for your support in restoring justice and protecting my consumer rights.

    After reviewing, Mr. ******* ********* refund request we have decided to refund the remaining tokens that he had left on his account which was 200 tokens that amounted to $20.99. He has multiple accounts that were banned due to several chargebacks on multiple accounts which came after the tokens had already been spent. We have responded to ********** on case #******** letting him know that we have refunded his purchase and that his account and future accounts will be banned due to the chargebacks.

    Chaturbate a company ran by multi media llc. Runs a adult website. They charge a monthly fee or subscription. A couple of months ago Chaturbate discontinued my account. Im ok with that part. They blocked my access to the site which is fine as well. But they keep taking my monthily fee of ***** for the last 5 months. On two accounts. If they arent giving me access why are they still taking my money?
